OYO Flagship Hotel Star Villa

I Booked AC Deluxe Room here in 17 June 24, my check in was 06:30 pm after half n hour @ 7;00 pm the Electrical power is totally cut, my goodness they have no any alternative option, no DG, no any invertor nothing even public area lighting, I wait there continue next 3:50 hrs up to 10:50 pm after i ask to front office for power supply they told they have no any option, they refused to return booking amount even I pay cash in hotel counter, I ask them 50% amount but they refused, after i leave this hotel overall very terrible experience got from this Hotel.

Very non cooperative people. They took our booking and after reaching hotel they creating chaos by saying we are full. They asking to take refund from oyo or makemytrip and give them that money then room is available.

Fraud hotel..!! They take money online and after reaching hotel they say our hotel is full and we haven't received any money and we can't do refund and all. Be cautious before making booking here.

Fraud hotel. They show bookings are open and take money even through oyo or makemytrip. and after reaching hotel they say our rooms are full and we haven't gotten money and hence keep the money without providing any service.

They fool people by showing less amount and then after reaching there they ask for triple amount as compare to booking. This recently has happened with us .don't choose them and also oyo is also not able to resolve this issue , you will loose money if u will book it. Be careful

One the worst experience in my life. I had booking on 12/10/19 , when I reached hotel his manager name of Mr. Rameshwar was told me there is no room for u , and get out from my hotel nd he was drunk on that time. I saw him my booking I'd and payment receipt that I booked your hotel 1 room but he told me get out u f##k guys I have no booking for you. Very very bad behavior as manager level and guys dnt go his hotel even they offer free stay.

OYO should unlist this hotel. Very poor service. Toilet Flush not working, dirty room, unpleasant behavior and non cooperation doesn't suit up with the brand name. Poor hospitality. WiFi not working nor there is any network connectivity.

I booked this room through oyo at 1200 rs and then they said the price is 3500 totally fooling people never book and never go to this property ... because of oyo and this property we are lossing money and time also worst experience
