Hotel Diamond

The staff is pretty rude. Do not visit this hotel ever. The customers are treated very badly. Humbleness is missing. They do not even help the tourists in helping them find transportation instead ask the customer to leave their hotel immediately despite charging huge amount. Restaurant food is tasteless. Save your money and visit and stay at another good hotel.

The hotel receptionist and manager are very rude. Do not visit this hotel. They treat their customers badly and they are unsupportive. Rooms are clean but little small. Food is ok. These things can be managed but hotel staff rudeness is non tolerable. Kindly save yourself and visit and stay in any other nearby hotel.

The staff is very rude & worst nature and mainly the Manager Mohammed treats worth with customers. The Manager did not gave us extra 10 minutes for check out, he asked us to leave hotel immediately. He leaved hotel without bathing. Please don't stay there.

The staff is rude. Especially the person at the reception desk. Hotel rooms are clean but the staff is too rude and treats their customers badly. Never visit this hotel. There are many hotels in and around this area, which are much better and have humble staff.

Rooms are good neat and clean. Food is average. Worst part of hotel is manager mr. Mhmd siddiq he is so arrogant rudely talk with client.else staff is so nice talk with smile on face. Mr gaurav was gem of the hotel. I stay for two days with two rooms. It's not about discount on food. I go for lunch at the great highness hotel. One of the best lunch. Problem is how he is spoken with us show his arrogant attitude. It was not matter of discount just behaviour of person. Sorry to say your behaviour was really not good.instead of apologising u r arguing with me.

Not recommended...Deluxe room ka charges lekr bekr sa room dete h in which no space very soffocated rooms... worst part is that the""mattresses "" no fibre mattress only n only air filled in mattress..they feel like u sleep on the floor...it was very restless to sleep....no spacious parking....itnaa bakwas mattress mene aj kisi hotel me nhi dekha..it's was bad experience.......

Best hotel for family. Located in the center of Diu. Recommend the third floor for family and children. Best fast food options.
