I visited this hotel multiple times from Varanasi-Kashi Uttar Pradesh, Uncle is a really very nice, humble and very good human being.

Dius cheapest and 24/7 serviceable hotel

So I picked this one up because I was low on budget and wanted a place to stay near Fort and here I am giving 5 star rating because of amazing service. It is at a reasonable distance from Fort, museum, Church as well as bus stand. The service is nice, the caretaker/owner is very welcoming and helpful.

First time i see this type of services. Initially hotel owner told that, his hotel is 3km away from nagoa beach, but actually it's 9km from nagoa Beach. Then they told us that they provide hot water 24 hrs. But in morning at 08 am, there was no hot water. I asked for hot water and they give me excuse that water was empty in solar and geyser is on but take time to give hot water. I waited for half an hour. Then finally I took bath with cold water and my family didn't take bath at all because hot water was not there in tape. Tape was leaking and washbasin tape was rusted. They feel that customer is fool and they took full 24 hrs charge for only night stay. We stay over there only for 12 hrs. They don't feel sorry for not providing basic services. Ideally they have to returned half money as a courtesy. They have their own story. They don't know that customer is king. Simple lesson of service industries is that first you have to accept the fault and then rectify it as early as possible. You have to make happy the customer by any way. They came there for one or two days.customer knows all things about hotel services and hospitality. If you are not accept and improving, you will lost your identity in these compititive era.

I booked this hotel with half mind. Half for the cheapest price in Diu and the other for a few negative reviews for the place. The guest house is a actually a house converted to a guest house.The room was neat and the beds were clean. AC was working perfectly. TV was great. Bathroom was tidy. We were 4 of us and we got a 4-sharing room. It is worth the price. You won't have any regrets unless you wish for a luxurious stay.

Guest house in society area. Very peaceful area. Nice and clean place to stay. We choose it due to high pick season when hotels are demanding high amount due to vacations but overall satisfied. Do not expect facilities like 3-4 star hotels as it's guest house. So economic stay and good stay. Central location and easily accessible nearby places like beach shores, Fort and Market area.

One of the worst guest house I ever seen. I paid 5000 rs for two room. But tv isn't working. When I call to their staff so he told it's now our problem you have to manage. Vary poor behavior. Even geyser is also not working. When I booked before a month I already told them that I will be check-in morning & he confirmed it by surely. But in morning when I checked-in the room it's ready & the owners behavior is also vary poor. Need to improve your service. & When guest is paying for accommodation so give them proper service with heart with good ambiance.

I stayed 4 days in this small guest house. It's in a quiet street close to the center. The rooms are nice and clean - AC or non AC. The staff members are very friendly, helpful and kind. A very calm and relaxing place - if you don't happen to have noisy guests in other rooms. Then only inconvenient was the bathroom: the toilet drainage is not working efficiently. But I assume they will fix the problem as soon as possible.
