THE PALMS BEACH RESORT

Absolutely horrible place! The rooms are filled with dust, the person on the reception lies. They cheat by telling you they'll serve so many breakfast options and then when you reach, you only get barely 4 options. AVOID THIS PLACE, a dharamshaala would be better than this. Pool is horrible. Waist level deep water in the pool, you cannot swim here. This place is not a resort. It doesn't even deserve to be a 2 star hotel. AVOID THIS PLACE.

My hotel stay was pleasant, despite not being sea-facing. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Room was comfortable, with a functioning air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, although it lacked a geyser. However, the swimming pool was a disappointment, being compact, unclean, and surrounded by high walls, making it feel isolated. On the other hand, the food was excellent, particularly the Chicken Noodles. The tea was refreshing, with a delightful aroma and flavor. The staff was attentive, responding promptly to my calls.

I had visited this place 15 years ago and then recently. The washroom is very dirty. The blanket was not even covered with proper linens. The mattress was also too soft. For the location near the beach, the price is very reasonable but you get what you pay for.

Not recommend as a resort at all poor service we demand jet spray service and they had done nothing it was as it is also, we need extra mattress and they gave us foldable sofa. Overall it is not resort it is kind of Dharamshala. Furthermore, staff was not friendly and behaviour was not welcoming they looks tired . Tea stall opens after 8 AM and charges were high. They even charge for water despite we are staying over 2 nights. Swimming pool is surrounded by big walls and small feels congested. Go there Only if you want cheap rooms near nagoa beach !!!!

1. I stayed for 2 nights for 4200 inr 2. Service is very bad 3. Rooms are not at all clean we found insects inside room after we came back outing 4. No locker provided in room 5. Swimming pool generally we need after dinner but manager said not available it's very negative

Location is nice as it is situated at Nagoa Beach. Rooms are old style. In bathroom we had Cockroach and Lizard which was too scary. Service is very poor. Room phone was not working. They do not serve tea before 8 am. Overall did not like it

I had a very bad experience at the Palm Beach Resort. The service was good but they made me pay a separate charge for drinking water. They gave only one bottle of water. There was no mention of this in the terms and conditions. We had done online booking. Later, at the time of checkout, they made me pay a separate charge for water. When I asked their servant, he said that it was the checkout time and if you go 1 hour earlier you will be charged but what was taken before that was free, even that was charged and on top of the water bottle they also charged tax, so if anyone goes then think a little before going because people who go after making online booking behave very badly at the checkout time, both the staff and the servants behave badly, we will never like to go to this place next time.

Palm Beach Resort, Diu I recently stayed at the Palm Beach Resort in Diu, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff at the resort are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the pool area is a great spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to the beach - just a short walk away! It was so convenient to have such a beautiful beach right at our doorstep. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventurous trip, Palm Beach Resort has it all. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Diu. You won't be disappointed!
