Worst hotel please it's a humble request don't go there the hotel is totally over priced and the reception manager has no sense of how to talk with there guest. And they treat there guests like animal and the hotel is 2 star but staff attitude is like 5 star staff there behavior was so rude. Diu is good place but because of such hotel owners and staff who only want to exploit there guest hole diu was considered has bad place...

Very poor room service,Room amenities is zero not shows as they showing pictures,very bad experience,Very Rude behavior of staff(Mr. Mohsin) socially and as well as hotel management. Highly unexpected rude behaviour, staff service, water shortage,Room amenities etc.. they have no sense how to talk to the customer. Plz don't go there .

SCAM SCAM. This hotel is a pure scam as we did our booking and the manager asked for 4000rs booking and after I did our payment, the manager told me to do more payment of 4600 and refused for the previous payment. When i raised a question why are you doing this, he told me do whatever you can do and denied for the booking. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE AND INFACT DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

The location of the villa is the best hotel for a stay. Very cool resort with good ground space and also rooms are large. The swimming pool also dips around 5.6 to 5.7 Heights. Also food quality was too good.

Worn out old rooms, bathrooms are dirty, thus is one of the worst hotels in Diu, avoid if you can. Staff is CLUELESS AND rude, room doors need you to hire a hitman to open, damaged panels, plasters peeling off and stains on the toilet ( do not want to know the origin). THE SHOWER KNOB WAS MISSING, NEED TO PRESS IT BY HAND FOR THE SHOWER TO REMAIN ACTIVE INSTEAD OF THE TAP. 1 star only for the good perfume of the handwash and somehow working AC. Tea 1 cup costs 70 rupees, price is exorbitant for almost everything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

*Fraud fraud fraud alert* There is a fake website and page running for this hotel. It will take you to whatsapp. Fraudster will give you Canara Bank account number and IFSC code to transfer money. If money is transferred it will go to fraudster. Hotel will deny any such payment. Please beware beware beware.

The worst experience i had feel at this hotel , i had done check in at 14 February 2025 , and check out was at 15 February 2025 , i ask for water at room and the service man come with water jug which was not hygine so i ask for small water bottle and the service man behavior was rude and telling that we are not giving bottle at check out day literally the answer was very rude and and this hotel is refusing for very small thing like water was very shamefull . We cant even refuse for water who is unknown so i please to everyone dont go for kohinoor you can go for other hotel which we cant feel low like this If you want to know more than you can personally ask

Beware of scam..We paid advanced for hotel booking but its fake..Now he saying he will not going to return amount..Its scam..Beware of this scam..Also when we asked for GST number and we checked on site there GST account closed in 2020 also they give wrong address on invoice they provide..So it`s a real scam..Beware please
