Not a great experience from beginning As full payment of one night stay is taken on check in as if we are we are here to stay and leave hotel without making payment. reception answer to question sounds rude. Warm water complain not solved by hotel just mere excuse that let tap run for 15 minutes and you will get hot water. however swimming pool experience is great

The hotel itself is really good, but its staff and service are second to none. Especially bhautikbhai..I have been staying there for a long time but there is no humanity in it. You can find a cheaper and better hotel elsewhere.

Had an outright horrendous experience at this restaurant. First off, the service was incredibly slow. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for someone to even acknowledge us and when we finally got attention, it was clear they couldn't care less about the quality of service. After finishing our meal, we asked for the bill five times and each request was met with indifference and it wasn't until we literally walked out of the restaurant that anyone bothered to pay attention and give us the bill. To top it off, the general manager was an absolute nightmare. He was not only unhelpful but downright aggressive when we tried to address our concerns. It was beyond unprofessional, and he clearly had no respect for the customers or the issues we were raising. Other customers in the restaurant seemed equally dissatisfied so it wasn't just us. The entire place felt chaotic, and it was clear that management had no interest in running a smooth operation.

Hotel is In the middle of the city.... Bhautikbhai came from hotel to pick us up as we were not able to find the hotel... Came with family perfect for family... All staff members were very helpful and immediately all problems were solved.. no doubt go for it guys.. main thing is all sightseeing are near the hotel...

Positive: 1) Rooms are spacious. 2) Swiming pool is good. 3) Room service and staff is good. 4) Nearby INS Khukri Musium Negative: 1) Only key locker available in door which can be opened from outside with key. Another manual lock should be there from inside room for guest safety. 2) Steets are very narrow, not recommended if you are coming with your own car. 3) Locality is not good, you will see local peoples in alcoholic condition and fighting with tourists.

We faced issues like at at night Ac is not working and during morning we don't get hot water for bathing. Technician tried to assist but Ac was not working and then the hassels of shifting of room. Next day morning no hot water, tried calling reception they came and checked, reason given was since it's morning hrs all are using it. My point is all people bath in morning only and hot water is needed in morning only. So hotel has to increase the capacity and ensure acs are in working condition before giving it. Staff is okay. No parking space.

Chandrashekhar Verma the general manager was absolutely rude in dealing with customers. We called for service atleast 10 times and had to walk off for them to follow us and give the bill. Please don't come here. Edit: I want you to go back and check the CCTV footage. We did not have any unruly behaviour when we entered. We sat there patiently for our food. While having the food, we asked your staff to open up the drink that was on our table no less than 5 times, we got ignored all of these times. We got someone's attention after 20 mins. We told them this has happened and they said "Okay". Then we said, lets not ruin our night over terrible service so we asked for the bill. The same thing happened again. We thought lets just go to the counter and ask for the bill. No one was ready to listen. After a while we had to leave. We can't wait for the bill for more than 30 mins of trying. We left. We stood outside the hotel for another 10 mins, hoping this would grab their attention. They came outside and asked us to come inside which we did. When we entered, they refused to acknowledge that any such thing had happened and started being rude to us. We said it's not about the bill, we will stand here, tell you everything that has happened and pay the bill. They wanted to click our photos for "Not paying the bill" which we had clearly said we will settle after we tell him the incident. This was totally wrong. Do you click pictures of the guests who are trying to tell you what has happened with them? Again to be explicitly clear, we had said that we will pay the bill right there after our complaint is heard by him. Coming back to the discount, as a customer we had asked politely asked them for it in the begining, as is our right. At the end after all this behaviour we asked them again as this turned out to be a total waste of our time. We never said that we wouldn't pay the bill if there is no discount. While we were standing there, two men came there with the exact same complaint which just proves that it is a recurring issue. I would urge you to check the footage.

Ordered beer and gave one complimentary snack. However we ordered beer separately for two people but they only offered us one chakna. They should honour two chakna as we came together but we have orders separately. Bit no one cared.
