Hotel Hemal Garden

No service available at all. Pathetic experience. We had booked rooms but there was no electricity, no water in the pool etc. The staff was also unresponsive. In the end we had to find another hotel. Wasted our time and trip both.

Not good experience. Worst service. No hot water, No water in pool, poor plumbing in toilets. I would not suggest this place to stay. Find another with atleast basic service.

The Rooms were clean and big enough. We stayed there for 2 days and it was a good experience. But there were mosquitoes in the room at night. So we had to ask them for a mosquito killer.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. It felt like a private very clean,a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Diu. Swimming pool,Garden and Hotels are also in thier.Hotel Hemal Garden are such a great place for stay in Diu.

Very nice place room we were saved was okay but the ground they have is superb and we had a good night party there. What to say about that. But still the staff of there I think they are not professional. Need to improve how to serve. In the morning we ordered few things for breakfast. How much time they are taking for a tea also. And when other things come tea became cooler. Not singl star for food services only for place.

Third class service when we check in room not well maintained and not proper service by hotel staff . Asked for towel at the time of chek in but didn't recived till 2 days. They don't even have bedsheet for additional bed. it's good to stay in guest house rather than staying here

Pathetic Service and Poor Quality food, The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid Rs, 2500/ and manager demands full payment at night... bhai kaha pe hota hai aisa ki tu raat ko full payment mangta hai, payment checkout ke time hota hai. Har jagah par..

wud suggest anyone with family not to stay at this place,,,pathetic service and the staff is very rude and all room service like geyser, ac and TV not working properly. The staff disconnects this service from their maintenance room. They don't provide any assistance or even take interest in helping to fix the services If planning to stay in diu with family,,than wud strongly suggest to avoid this place
