Urbane By Treat

I visited Hotel altitude, located inside Urban treat in Daman, and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, with a great variety of flavors and well-presented dishes. The ambience was equally impressive -- stylish, clean, and perfect for a pleasant meal. Even though I didn't stay at the hotel, I'd like to mention that the staff at Hotel Altitude were very courteous and professional, making the overall experience even better. Definitely recommend Urban Treat for anyone looking for quality dining in Daman

We have been staying here for 2 Nights and 3 Days. It felt very good. The staff is so humble. And if you ask me for the Morning Breakfast, my family was very happy enjoying the Breakfast. What else at the end of the day do you seek then the happiness of family. I would strongly recommend this Hotel stay to anyone. "ZAIKA" THE MULTI CUISINES RESTAURANT is another attraction of the place. They server very delicious and great food as per your order. I enjoyed my trip.

Relatively good quiet location with lush green surroundings. Proximity to town is a bonus. Gym, swimming pool and private dining area available on site. Adequate room furnishings. Complimentary breakfast. Polite and helpful service staff, including trainees. Breakfast buffet has limited options though. Some room fittings require some minor repairs. Floor tiling was chipping/ stripped away and bathroom door and ceiling showed signs of disrepair.

This is regarding our recent stay at this Hotel. 15 days prior we made a booking for 2 rooms 4 pax in advance, paying some token amount, using their sales representative contact number on their official website. We did got confirmation number and everything seems good till the time of check-in. Upon arrival the reception team took the documents, nicely explained us about the restaurant, pool timings and service call numbers etc. Than asks me to pay the balance amount, which I did without asking for the room numbers allotted to us. Upon payment they told us that our Rooms were Room No: 01 & 02, which were downstairs, just beside the reception area on the ground floor. After paying hefty 16000 for the executive they showed audacity to give us the ground floor room and not even regrets about it. Upon asking for the cancellation, they told about no-refund policy, so we had to compulsorily take the rooms. We agreed as we had paid the full amount. Now the main headache started when we realised Room No 02 stinks like hell! The whole Room No 02 stinked like some shady smoking room, where hints of smoking can easily hit your brain! Even while writing this review late night at 2:00 am, while being in this room no: 02 not able to sleep because of smell nightmare I am facing.||This is not it, you clearly and only get 2 500mL packaged water. Upon ordering in-room dining snacks we asked for 1 plate of mix fries basket, they sent 3 plates of the same, stating we ordered 3 plates on phone.||I humbly request to strictly not book this hotel and save your money for somewhere else. They stylised themselves as Mariott, but cannot beat their hospitality with these cheap and fraudulent mindset and behaviour.||Worst booking ever done in my life!

We stayed at Urbane By Treat in Daman for the weekend & the hotel was full. ||Our room was spacious with all essential amenities.||Their fine dine restaurant Zaika offers exquisite dining experience with cosy indoor seating & outdoor seating area , delicious food, full bar access with live music ||Their outdoor swimming pool is huge and divided into 2 parts - one for kids and one for adults. Kids had a blast. ||Post Sunset the hotel lights up beautifully and we had dinner @ Altitude which I would highly recommend. Do try their unique starters , pizzas, pastas, along with Mocktails & cocktails with live dj while enjoying surrounding view of Daman. Don't miss it. ||Breakfast buffet @ Zaika has ample varieties for all age groups and we were satisfied. ||Their outdoor play area will keep the young kids busy.||They also have a fitness center to burn those extra calories so do check it out. ||All in all our stay at Urbane by Treat was delightful

Urbane by treat membership privilege card were issued by the hotel. However, my experience trying to use these benefits was extremely disappointing.When I inquired about booking for a weekend at membership card special number, I was told the hotel was fully booked. Upon further inquiry directly with the hotel, I learned suite rooms were available, which raised questions about the transparency of their booking process. I then contacted the dedicated membership line to clarify and book. the rates quoted for two nights Directly at the hotel was the same as the price for one night after apply coupon of 1 night free for 1 night pay (negating the membership benefit), but along with that the representative was rude, unhelpful, and abruptly disconnected the call while I was still asking questions.This lack of professionalism, coupled with the misleading membership privileges, has left me frustrated. I expected better service and value from urbane by treat. Potential members should be cautious and clarify terms before purchasing such cards. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.

given 3 star in service because as per resort you have good service in staff& room but as per your category you should also keep games like ball bat, basketball, badminton board games like carrom & others which have not such costs but that create good impression for you as you are maintaining resort so family comes & can also play some games too. if we could have knowledge of it formerly then we might have came from home with at least some resources to play with our child. so plz consider it very very important. else food is great & good

The Altitude Food is too good, service is also good The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options for every meal. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to the restaurant and room service teams for their prompt and friendly service.
