Nest Villa

I experienced appalling hospitality, lack of cleanliness, and inattentive staff throughout my stay. 5-7 calls to reception just to get a dish & bowl. No Cooking gas stove was provided in the Villa, we had to Pay EXTRA for this. instead of enjoying our trip, we got busy in arranging essential amenities. Pathetic Service..!!

Really unsuitable for family. V had stayed in their Villa next to their hotel . There was a hall at ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the first floor.I can vouch with confidence that you will definitely 100% repent , that's a guarantee. God save u if u choose this place. V had senior citizens with whom v had planned their 60th wedding anniversary. They were so uncomfortable that they had tears in their eyes. V were all the time busy getting things repaired rather than spending time together. Staff doesn't know spelling of decency and politeness. I can lay a bet that a dormetry will be much better than this Fern group of hotels managed place. From toilets to rooms to air conditioners everything is in a tattered condition crying for replacement. If u need extra bedding u will have to play a role of a beggar who is unheard. Please carry perfumes, air freshness and sanitizers as u will need all of them desperately. Carry disposable plates spoons as again u will have to beg for 1 , 1 plate which will be sent to u after much begging. I experienced this disastrous experience in May 2024. I wish all those people who still opt for this place , an all the best

The worst service ever experienced. AC leaking. Showers not working. Rude staff. Inefficient room service. Did not expect such pathetic service from a Fern group hotel. Only saving grace was the food

Location is very nice, room cleaning is also good and room is also well maintained, Room size is big near by jampor beach, view also good, food is very tasty with keep hyzing. All staff very good.......vivek is very helpful
