Hotel The Castle

It was such an expensive hotel, and I stayed there for a night. We ordered from their menu, and the receptionist mentioned that we needed to pay an additional 40 rupees because breakfast came from their side. Still, I placed the order. After that, it took them 30 minutes to serve tea and bread. To make matters worse, the telephone wasn't working, so I had to go two floors down to follow up. After 45min wait how they will serve the breakfast This was a very bad experience. If a customer is paying your charges, you should provide good service.

Wonderful stay for family , very supportive staff and clean property... Value for money .

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. Pros: Room size is big and affordabable Platform and Sink provided in room which is a big plus Quiet Location Ample Parking Service is fast and the staff is very helpful and proactive. No restriction on bringing drinks from outside, like few other hotels in the area. Cons: No Wardrobe or Hanger to keep your clothes. No service before 8 AM, so if you can't get tea etc in morning before 8 AM. All in all we had a lovely stay and would love to visit again.

Hotel was good but very poor service no complimentary breakfast available, no soap or towel provided in room. Nothing is available around that area. I would suggest to not to book room here until n unless u have car or any transport means. No food was available. After calling 3-4 time tea has been provided in room that too very costly. It's just overpriced nothing much to it. Better to book hotel near beach. Also beach is very far from hotel. Book at your own risk without any facility.

Stayed here for 5d/4n. The stay and service in terms of basic amenities and hygiene was very good. The interiors and decorations inside the common area were very creative and gave a pleasant vintage vibe. The owner Mr.Jivesh was very friendly, spoke in great detail about his passion for art that drove him to set up this hotel. He even invited me to try out Umbadiyu - a gujarati pot barbeque that was made in the hotel backyard. Would love to visit again and recommend to others well.

Lovely Hotel and little far from sea, all rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a delux room, which for two plus one person is perfect. Room was very modern, all amenities in good reasonable affordable price. Safety also For only girls staying. Hotel premises are very nice, with great greenery area and private mango farm.

Amenities: * Good Wi-Fi connectivity * An outdoor sitting area was a great addition * Cafeteria with of chess, carrom boards, and a music system Staff: The staff at Hotel Castle Daman were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my stay.
