Worst experience ever, i have prepaid booking by mmt and they gave our to another guest...

I stayed there with my family in room 203, power was cut for 3 hours during the day and 4 to 5 hours at night. When I spoke to the receptionist there, he said it will come, it will come, but it did not come at all, it is not good, it is such a good hotel but there is no generator or any light arrangement there, and I even told him to give me the number of his manager or talk to the manager, but he did not give me the number, and once I asked for water, he said that you will have to go downstairs and come to pick you up from there.

Bad service. I just checked in like half an hour ago, while moving into the room I and my partner talked to ourselves about smell of cigarettes in the room (in Malayalam). As we almost settled in and started getting fresh, the room boy came in asking us, if we wanted a new room, i responded NO. But in another 5 mins he came back in telling that the room was actually assigned to other guests. I said my partner is using the loo give us some time. In this gap, we were constantly asked to move and my partner was struggling with the flush. The staff even spoke to me in a harsh tone that other guests are here and to move to the new room that very moment. It is the hotel that assigned us the room, and then we were asked to shift like we were some trespasser. If others were guests 'waiting', should you not show a little hospitality towards us ?? Minimum peacefulness to use loo??
