Worst experience of my life in the hotel industry. They are not picking up call for refund of extra advance neither informing about refund of money. Food quality was worst. Insect inside the room. Toiletries are bad, towel are very very bad, bedsheet and pilow cover very bad. DJ is good only rest all are bad. Do not visit with Family / Group / Corporate party. They will give a different bill which was discussion at the time of advance booking.

The property is worst in all senses, location, rooms are in worst condition, there was not even basic facilities available in rooms. The staff was pathetic, they don't know even how to talk to the person and the main thing is the manager Mr. Sanket was very rude. He don't know the abc of hotel management and just arguing in every matter. So never ever book this property otherwise your trip will ruin.

Photo on website is to old and during booking same photo received on whatsapp number. Need to clean blocks and room We confirm group booking with Sanket agrawal. I (we) never recommended this place to other friends or relatives.

Totally wastage of money. Manager behavior is very rude. Service is very poor. Too much waiting to refilling rhe food. Also food is having no taste. Room condition is not good. No cleanliness maintain in room. Switch board is not working. Not recommend for visit.

Best to best hospitaly is daman Room was awesome surrounding area and parking space is good enough. Morning breakfast is too good with many options. Charges is worth for this.

Pros: 1-Peace ful place swimming pool is good Cons: 1-Insects inside room 2-Food quality is below average. 3-Customer centricity is missing

We are total 10 Member with Child. In New Year Best DJ Party Arrange by Summer House. Mr. Sanket Agrawal is very kind and supportive. All staff is very co operative. Beautiful decoration in entire property. Over all good experience.
