Amazing hotel. Spacious grounds. Polite staff members. Huge swimming pool. Easy path to devka beach. Great food platter. This was one of our first times trying a new , a huge success came our way. Recommending silver waves to couples for romantic getaways ;and families with kids.

The location is awesome. Especially for the sea facing rooms. ||But overall experience is rather cold. ||When you check in, the emphasis of the staff is not to welcome you, but to drill in your head that the check out time is 10.30 am. and you better check out on time, or else ... and you actually sign a separate form empowering the staff to charge you for another half a day or full day, if you check out later than 10.30. ||This doesn't give you a pleasant feeling at check in. ||Staff is somewhat grumpy. They want to finish their job, rather than make your stay comfortable. For instance, the cushion of the pool side loungers are taken off while so many guests are still swimming and lounging during sunset. ||Room lacks charging points (one on only one side of the bed). ||On both the days we stayed, the AC water leaked and drenched the foyer floor inside the room. Rectified and the mess cleaned after repeated reminders.||Food is expensive (not a complaint, but just info). Taste is good. ||Overall, not what expected of a property of Radisson brand

The hotel has an excellent location with sea facing rooms. The rooms are neat and clean with modern amenities and had unhindered views of the sea. Hotel staff were very prompt in service, polite and courteous. The food quality was excellent and we enjoyed the buffet spread. The hotel has a huge party lawn and is apt for a destination wedding. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Definitely worth a recommendation!!!

Plz avoid - Overrated.. over priced. Not at all maintain, very poor services, late services. If you see furniture condition - you feel - you have paid more than 7k per night on breakfast basis for this .?? ||Swimming pool side bar they only accept Card payment or Cash - who would carry Cash or Card while having Swimning.. and over & above Swipe machine doesn't have proper wifi connectivity. Wifi not even working in rooms ||Sharp 10:00 am they shut their Breakfast connter. Without even seeing that still few guests are having it . ||For room service have to pay On The Spot only - not allowing for final settlement at the time of Checkout - makes us feel like will leave hotel without paying their bills.... ||Worst Services, though few Staffs are helpful but they are also helpless.

The hotel is beautifully located near the rocky beach and promenade. Ideal for long walks. The hotel has very large garden area and well setup restaurant overlooking the garden, pool and promenade. We stayed for 4 days. The rooms were very well done up and had arrangement for 2 beds at split levels. There were certain areas in the hotel where the maintenance was needed like common walls but we could see that effort was being made to fix them. The food and service was terrific and staff very courteous to us. All in all a great experience

The location is secluded and peaceful, unlike most other crowded properties in Devka beach, Daman. It offers a very good stay and a variety of food. This used to be nicer when it was a Radisson Partner, but now you may find the service and behaviour of staff a little lethargic.

My wife had been here a year or so ago on a girls trip and had told me good things about the property. But off late I had noticed some negative reviews about the place so while I was hesitant at first I ended up going with my wife's old testimony and booked the place for an overnight staycation with my family. Upon arrival I finally understood why the place has negative reviews.||1. The front desk staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. And apparently this is a 5* property. We had merely asked to see if we could get an ocean view then first we were told the property was completely sold out. Then when we asked if there wasn't even one room they said they would charge us extra. Why tell us the property is fully booked when you have the rooms but just want more money?|2. After having gone out for lunch it would seem the manager of the hotel saw us walk in and snickered or something of the sort. I could have confronted him but rather than having seen their behaviour in the morning I saw it best to be a bigger person and walk away. Highly professional 'manager' it would seem.|3. When you finally get your room you'll notice mold on the room doors and discoloration. Some books and corners here and there where there's some rust or fungus. The property needs some rework but apparently milking more money out of people is much more important. Our room wasn't bad but certain parts of the room definitely needed renovation or sprucing up. Also the extra bed they provided us was the worst foldable bed I've seen. Highly uncomfortable and i barely got any sleep on it at night.||Now coming to the good parts. Overall the property isn't bad but this is definitely not a 5* property and it is in need of renovations in the rooms and certain other areas. ||The house keeping staff of the hotel were the most helpful staffers during our stay. We but had to ask for extra towels and we got it. The staff at the pool were also polite and smiling and helped us with towels. However the lifeguard (or maybe he was just another staffer) could have had a decent expression on his face. The restaurant staff during morning breakfast was doing their best but they got our order mixed twice. I won't fault them entirely because when there are a lot of guests there are chances you will get things wrong.||Also it's 20 mins before checkout time as I type this and I have already received my second call since morning to check out. ||5* prices 3* service. Come here at your own risk.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Resort for a wedding. A wonderful property, lovely location right opposite the beach. The rooms were clean and so were the washrooms. The food could be better. Staff was courteous and helpful. In all we had a great stay.
