Hotel Raj Palace

It's a resort hotel amidst the residential area. Pool is good, food and drinks can be served near the pool area. Outside seating arrangement is nice. The orchestra event in the evening was too loud. They also have Discotheque. Rooms are fine, but the corridor area was not clean. Food was good tast wise and price wise. They have room service facility as well.

They have recently changed their name, over priced. Lack of professional service.

Info is as under. Soap, shampoo and towel will be offered in the hotel. The location is near the residential area. One may face trouble in driving upto hotel coz road near the hotel is congested. The rooms were good, but in ours the shower wasn't working. To the best of my knowledge, there are two gates of the hotel. Please confirm food twice before you order in advance, first they will confirm the food and later may say that it's not available now. In rooms you will get a TV for entertainment. Beers and alcohol are not allowed from outside, they will take 50 rupees per beer if you take them inside the hotel. You may enjoy volleyball inside the swimming pool.

It was good experience with resort and Hotel staff was kind. Awasome property.

We had stayed here for 2 nights during Independence weekend. Being blackout days the price of rooms were very affordable. do not book through online or other websites, call the hotel directly. First we got room that was bit filthy with cockroaches and lizard then we went to reception and asked for room change, without hesitation our room was upgraded and we got huge and clean room. Since the hotel is like 1.5 km away from beach so mostly there wont be any crowd so its best for family or couple to spend time with no hesitation. Staffs were polite and helpful. Talking about food we had veg food and no doubt it was awesome that we did not even took a chance to try anywhere else throughout our 2 nights stay. We tried different dishes all were remarkable. Every weekend they have live orchestra from 7 pm to 11 pm. You will like the ambience of orchestra just the only part is since restaurant is in enclosed area music becomes too loud, rest artist are also awesome. No extra cost for orchestra. If you are going i would suggest to take room no 101. Swimming pool was clean and since not too much crowd come here, one can take full advantage of swimming pool. Main road is a minute walk from hotel. One can take a walk to beach from hotel exploring areas. If you are coming from taxi stand to hotel it would cost rs 50 by rickshaw and 10 mins walking Overall i would like to visit again without any hindrance

Had a worst experience in my life . Worst toilet with no no jet spray no cleanliness Staff are very rude Room smells way to bad Got no WiFi reach in our room The location of the hotel is also bad. Definitely not recommended anyone for any kind of stay

Hotel is alright. Has good space but bit old. And at the good location. Staffs are good but not that much professional. Need to work on colour, system and their management. Dish and cutlery are not good. I personally don't like it. Bathroom utility needs some service and maintenance. But overall good hotel I recommend this place for friends. You can book with family but I personally will not book for family. Cheers

Our most favourite palace to go with family Best food for vegetarian and non vegetarian persons. Atmosphere was so fantastic if you sit outside and enjoy your dinner .
