Hotel Brighton Daman

Terrible Experience at Brighton, Daman - Avoid at All Costs! I had a horrible experience at Brighton Hotel in Daman. We booked 3 rooms for one night and paid 8500 upfront. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The rooms we were given were of extremely poor quality - definitely not worth the price. The TV and AC in the rooms didn't work, and there was no room service available at all. On top of that, the food they served was third-rate and barely edible. To make things worse, when we checked out, the staff refused to give us a proper bill, even though we had paid the full amount in advance. The whole experience felt like a scam. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better options in Daman - stay away from Brighton if you want to avoid disappointment.

Best experience in my hole life .. Amazing service best food quality impressive.. And staffing is to good smooth behavior special thank to Prashant and his team.. And server taslim was so good person .. No comment everything is fine

Excellent sevice without any complaints. Stay was good and the working staff including reception staff was also good and welcome guest with good smile and this was our 3rd stay in last few years.

Cockroaches in room, even 1 crawled upon me. Rude behaviour of lady at reception. Other staff is good. Many years back when the management was different it was good but now the new management has made the reputation down.

Very bad experience. We wanted to get some takeaway food and the restaurant manager said we had to pay 20 for packing per item meaning for 3 parathas he asked 60 for parcel. I have been to so many restaurants and never have I heard such policies. When I asked more about it they were rude with us and we ended up leaving without any food.
