OYO 25068 Sharda Stay

Very neat, calm and pleasant. Staff are very friendly. Location wise it's in the heart of city situation is opposite Rama Magneto Mall. Walking distance to the mall and main road makes it an excellent choice for shoppers. We loved it. Did not explore much but I have not seen a restaurant attached to it. Food menu is available in the room though and food is served inside the room. Affordable price of the rooms as well.

This is newly build hotel, rooms are clean and neet. Staff is good, but didn't find professional. Location wise this hotel is fair but entrance is inside gully and somewhat away from road. Gives free Wi-Fi but bit slow when used. Overall stay was good but pricing was at higher side when compared to room and services.

Hotel location is great. In the heart of the city. Near to all prominent location Rama magneto mall 200 meters, maosaji restaurant 500 meter, railway station 3 km. Staff very polite and courteous. Excellent bargain at the price. Will definitely visit again.

Hotel may be good but after booking through goibibo they denied room check in at morning hours by saying they can't afford room in goibibo rate. So I asked them to pay extra charges for early check in but they told me that their room charge is Rs 900. So I had cancel them and went to another hotel. Person at reception was not cooperative because if room was available then for small charges they should allowed check in.

Lots of improvements required but for Bilaspur city, it is nice hotel for some official work. I had ordered Poha but quality is so-so kind of. You should come out of the hotel and try south Indian food at Anna hotel opposite to Rama Magneto. It awesome and mind blowing with budget friendly. For family, this hotel is not recommended. Advantage of this hotel is that it is near by Mall where you can spend time in the evening. Overall OK.

ID CFRZ4780||No door handle||Rusted bath fittings||Dirty fan||Short Wash Basin pipe which leaks in the entire washroom||Stained pillow, bedsheets and duvet||Faulty AC which made cracking sounds every 5 minutes||It was my 2nd stay in this hotel, imagine the audacity of the staff who gave such a room to me, I was mentally exhausted due to travel and decided not to argue with the already rude staff. Other rooms must be vacant but he decided to give me this type of room.||I don't know about other guests but my experience was very negative, don't know if this review would make a difference or not but once a customer gets pushed to the edge then a reaction is natural. Stop treating your guests as pushovers. I definitely won't be visiting again or recommending this property.

Excellent hotel at this price. Great price as I booked it via oyo. Location is just walking distant from the Rama Magneto mall. You can call it the best budget hotel at best location. The building is 4 Storied but it has a problem of parking as it is located on a Subway and they don't have place for 4 wheeler parking. It doesn't have own in house restaurant but their staffs can arrange it for you.

Worst, cheats and frauds...these people I had booked a room for 2 nights and 3 days through Oyo. I talked twice with the Oyo customer service and they kept assuring me that everything will be fine. I tried to contact the property owner by their number but the number was either unreachable or switched off. Just before an hour of my check in time, they called and told me that they would not be able to provide the room in a very rude behavior. When asked about the reason they kept shifting the blame on Oyo people and Oyo guys on them. This was my fist experience with Oyo. I am never ever booking any rooms with Oyo or with Sharda homes and I will recommend the same to my family and friends.
