Dandami Luxury Resort

The resort is a perfect place for spending holidays with friends and family in lap of the nature. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean. From room's balcony the chitrakoot waterfall is clearly visible. This resort has a open ground so children can play there but the Swing or slips are not in a good condition. The restaurant is too far from the cottages. You need to walk 4/5 minutes to reach at the restaurant from cottage. The food quality is average. The service was not up to the mark, they need to work on the service. Overall it's a nice experience staying there in lap of nature without any noise and pollution. We enjoyed the nature trails there.

Very good, well maintained resort of chattisgarh tourism, having a clear & fantastic view of Chitrakoot waterfall from the room itself. Having a huge open space with well maintained garden. Rooms are quiet spacious & specially the balcony is the best place to pass the quality time with family or friends.

The resort is perfect to stay for visiting Chitrakote waterfalls. Falls are visible from some rooms. So select such room so that you can enjoy the beauty and sound of the falls from the comfort of your room. Nature trail from within the resort takes you directly to the falls. Resort reception is about 500meters from the main gate. Government facility therefore upkeep is OK. Food is good. Staff is helpful.

The resort has the potential to do very well but lacks staff and maintenance of the property. Stayed with a small group and instantly fell in love with our cottage overlooking the waterfall. The outside seating area was so relaxing , watching the birds and waterfall, a bonus I must say. What it lacks is manpower to maintain such a huge property, or they have it and ignoring it. It's a bird lovers paradise which flora and fauna at its best. Restaurant is very laid back and will serve you what they want and not not what you want. But it's the opposite during breakfast, the food was delicious. No proper security as we walked in and out of the property with no one stopping us. On a hot summer day, the restaurant did not have a simple lime juice. But in the end just being there felt good, night walks after dinner or early morning walk towards the chitrokote waterfall was a memorable one.

Dandami, The location is fantastic but the rooms furniture and fixtures are now old and outdated. No hangers. Doors, tv, bathroom are outdated. The foolish act was to install AC at varanda. Cleaning is very poor as bottles and plastics may seem behind and below the rooms.. Food is very poor in taste and service to the room was memorable as it was delivered well as a parcel means packed in silver pouches...staff were polite but helpless.

Very beautiful waterfall with lots of greenery around. The resort is also situated with a clear view of the waterfall which made the stay a lifetime experience. The wooden cottages are not well maintained. Rooms were dusty and furniture was also not clean in the room. Wash rooms were stained. Food was homely and service was ok ok. Not a prompt service which is expected. Location was good with lots of trees around with beautiful birds. Over all, good experience as we rode on bikes from Hyderabad. Roads in Chhattisgarh are good. Thanks to the govt for this.

We stayed 2 nights at this resort and loved it. This is the best place to stay to visit the Chitrakoot water fall due to it's location. The deluxe wooden cottage gives uninterrupted view of the water fall from the balcony. It's very relaxing to sit and watch the waterfall and hear the sound. The room was spacious and clean. Of course we faced some difficulties, but ignored everything, just because of the location.|The resort has a system in place to make it easy for the guests, but nothing seems to work. The restaurant is far from the rooms, there is an electric auto to transport guests, but the driver is never available. The restaurant food was ok, service very fast. But the staff are absolutely untrained. The food charges are made as per the whims and fancies of the staff. There are many such problems, but if one goes with an open mind and ignores the minor hiccups, it's very enjoyable to stay at this resort. Just to add, senior citizens get 30% discount on the tariff, on direct booking, don't know the validity period, though.

Excellent place for relaxing. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. But the surrounding area of the property is not maintained at all. This resort has its own restaurant and serves good quality food. The overall experience was very good. Needs improvement in the lawn and other surrounding areas of property.
