HOTEL VEER INN

This review is about dormitory, the hotel does have ac and non ac rooms. Staying in this dormitory has been quite the test of endurance, to be honest. The sole source of cooling is an air cooler that(not Air conditioning which is wrongly mentioned in goibibo because of which I booked in this hotel), ironically, only seems to function reliably after the sun goes down at night . During the sweltering daytime heat here in Bilaspur, it's stifling. Trying to get any rest is a losing battle. And just when the cooler does kick in at night, offering a sliver of hope for a decent sleep, the frequent power cuts swoop in like unwelcome guests. There's absolutely no power backup, so the blessed coolness vanishes instantly, leaving you in the dark, both literally and figuratively. As if the heat and darkness weren't enough, the mosquito situation is relentless. They seem to thrive in this environment, adding another layer of discomfort and irritation to an already challenging living situation. Forget about a peaceful night's sleep - it's a constant battle against buzzing intruders. Overall, this dormitory falls far short of providing a comfortable and restful living space. The limited and unreliable cooling, coupled with the constant power outages and mosquito infestation, makes for a truly unpleasant experience. Significant improvements are desperately needed to make this even remotely habitable.

I stayed in the doormetry for more than a week, it's clean and the washrooms are also very tidy, The staff is good and the location is top notch.

The room was clean and it was in the posh area. Rate is a bit more for a single room or single people want to stay.
