If Anyone Book Online In Call then Must Record the Call Many time na Everytime Whenever anyone book From Call they And Entering The Hotel They Said Sir You Must Pay More and More like 200 to 300 ... Don't Come And Behaviour is very Rude

Extra money is taken during service time, here the security room is fine but the rest of the bathroom is not fine, I don't like it..

Further to the last review, we also encountered a theft issue at Hotel, we were 6 of us staying in Hotel, one room was allocated to two girls and other 2 rooms for 4 males. On 3rd day of the stay we encountered an incident where the laptop was stolen from Girls room. We insisted on checking the cameras and they ask us to check it ourself where we found that one of the employee went to the Girls room almost 5 times in a day, non of us were present at hotel as we had been there for official assignment, we found that the employee at around late in evening entered room and stole laptop and left after confronting the management and showing the video also management took too much time, ultimately, two of our own team member went to local police station and bought the police and they by evening found the laptop and handed over the same to us. They also indirectly advised us not to launch complain as it would spoil the name of the hotel and we would have to keep visiting for scrutiny and hence we decided not to complain, We expected hotel will at least have some courtesy to give some discount or compensation relief for the stress we went through and spoiling almost one working day in finding laptop, visiting local police station, checking camera for entire day of theft and wasting time. But they had absolutely no courtesy. whatsoever. During the stay facing unclean rooms, torn bedsheets, age old blankets, dirty commodes, poor customer service, 0 restaurant service as the tea is available only from 11 am. Owners are very well aware of all these issues but is least bothered as the hotel is mainly used by people who need the rooms just for few hours, since we were new in Bilaspur did not know or else would have never stayed in such a hotel. Its a strong suggestion that no one should use this hotel ever........
