Ashoka Hotel Jagadalpur

Pros: price, location, room service, 24hours checkout Cons: room, hotel ambience Details: the hotel is at a good location, nearby the new bus stand. The room service was also pretty fast, and 24hours checkout is a great prospect. But the good things end here. The rooms are still bad even after renovation. There is a foul smell, rooms and washrooms are not well lit. Linens and towels are dirty as hell. Limited charging ports (2) and no WIFI. Biggest concern I have is related to basic safety. Since they are renovating and have no lift facility, the side rails across the stairs are yet to be installed. Without anything to hold on, carrying luggage on a slippery stairs could be very dangerous. Please install the side rails asap, and get your dirty linens changed.

All rooms are wel furnished and decorated. Room service is also very good. There are no restaurant but you can get food in room service. If you want to get food you can go near Gurudwara and take food from punjabi hotel or Balaji South Indian food centre or Hyderabadi dum biriyani.

This hotel is overpriced. Rooms are small, shabby. They do not have a restaurant but they have a kitchen. One can order food from there. The food is excellent.

This place is near new bus station jagdalpur , rooms are but services are not, food , tea , water and everything is very costly, room charges is ok but , may be there services are better is future.

Such a attitude guy receptionist was!! Never seen such arrogance, never ever prefer this hotel... Simply we can give a miss for this , rude behaviour.

Room is good with reasonable price, also room is neat and clean

Best hotal at good price as compare to other hotal for middle class. Staff are very supportive.

We stayed for almost 5 days, in our room washroom Exhaust was not working we requested for repairing, First time he said yes we have informed to technician, on 3rd day we asked staff rudely replied that it cannot get repaired now & they demanding for money, u have extended your stay so pay for further stay immediately that too very rudely. They don't care customer satisfaction at all. Staff was very very rude. There were the cocroaches in the washroom. Not at all recommended. Visited first and last time this place.
