HOTEL RAILIES

Location is not as good as you would want in a city. Rooms are spacious and very luxurious.I was very happy with the rooms. A little bit lighting problem is there as there are not adequate lighting in the room. Staff is not as knowledgeable as the hotel should have. Their rooms were not working properly. Rooftop Cafe is highly overpriced and food is not good. I like my stay there because as per my expectation and I would say beyond my expectation at the price.

Rooms are luxurious But everything else falls apart, be it room service food or hospitality. Hotel is located on a fairly busy road.Hotel doesn't have any parking facilities. roof top cafe is very expensive and bad in taste. Rooms do not lock / unlock properly. Inside of room is just fantastic and luxurious

I was visit recently for my business trip after a long search i found this hotel , receptionist was so coprative,hotel rooms was clean and all staffs also coprative.

Room was full of smoke, staff is not responding , would never recommend this hotel.

Visited this place twice in a gap of three years. Both the times satisfaction was above expectations. Wonderful place to visit with family. The roof top party space is awesome with a spectacular ambiance. So full marks to Railies....

Very nice hotel with good services. Food is also very nice. All the staff are very cooperative. In a place like Raj Nandgaon it is way better than other hotels. The receptionists are also quite understanding. The only problem is if you take breakfast with the room for more than a couple of days. They serve the same breakfast everyday which can get boring. Me and my wife requested for a change in the breakfast menu but it was a bit difficult for them to arrange the same. Well there are good options nearby at a very reasonable price. Overall the property is excellent. No swimming pool or tub bath which may disappoint some.

Excellent Restaurant in Rajnandgaon City. Sufficient parking space and there is a person employed to Assist in parking vehicles. Good ambience. Overall a really good family restaurant

Pathetic experience, 3 of our rooms had no working keys. Charged Rs 115/- for one glass of milk, outrageous! Staff wasn't welcoming, and gave us the master key for the whole night. Don't even think of staying here!
