Hotel panchsheel prime

Service is very bad . They have not time sense. If I will talk about room then even basic facilities are not present in room no tea pouch,Water heater ,Bucket in bathroom, TV is not working only they will say it is luxury and will take 3000 per night. Room service staff also behave like u r their relatives no talking sense . Very bad . Only good things are very near to railway station and the ambiance is good and neat and clean.

They provide very good services, good facilities with there cordinating staff and also they're having restaurant with alot of variety of foods and they also provide custom foods with very hygienic very good to stay

It was very bad experience of room no . 108 in hotel Panchsheel Prime Rajnandgaon . We stayed in Rent is 4000/ but even no basic facilities all wash dispenser was empty or not running. No high tea , dressing mirror placed was wrong side. Water tap knob came out while using.

The staff was very nice.The reception area is also very nice.so that's why I would suggest you this hotel.

Good food, good room, however cleanliness is not upto mark.

Location wise great, walkable distance from Railway station. Room are pretty good. Pricing wise reasonable rate compared to room, facility and services. Staffs (day, night both) in reception seems in confused state. They don't have all bills related to room handy and takes lot of time for simple bill clearance. However Staffs are helpful and co-operative, even at late night. Overall, had great experience.

They should make it sound proof. Bcoz all the rooms are near to each other there is noise and it can be easily heard in the corridor

Rooms are good. ambience is nice. food is delicious. but had problem with hot water in bathroom. which was seriously not considered. they provided a small bucket of hot water but desirable it's not of use.
