It is extremely frustrating for a guest to wait at the hotel due to unclear or miscommunicated policies. I had made the booking well in advance, yet your staff claimed no booking was received. As a result, I lost over three hours unnecessarily. If your hotel does not wish to accept online bookings, or if there are limitations in serving customers from such platforms, I kindly suggest deregistering from these apps. This will help avoid inconvenience for both the guests and your staff. Thank you for your attention.

I made a booking at hotel mayur but their service is very poor, Staff behavior is very very bad and food quality is also pathetic. Water is provided complementary when you go to any hotel. But here, a charge is taken for it.I have had a very frustrating experience here.Next time never make a booking in this hotel and I will also suggest to other brothers and friends not to make a booking in this hotel.
