OYO Hotel Supreet

Staff behaviour is very bad and not a good hospitality.. don't come there..

Owner was giving gaalis .and asking for extra amount, on app the price were showing different after reach to hotel was asking for extra amount .and giving gaalis to me talking rudely

Room Was Different Then Showed In Picture So Dirty Disgusting

Room condition very pathetic. Rooms and bathroom are totally different as per the Supreet hotels photo. No bed light , not provided towel, soap . Room size is very small . Bath rooms water is comes to room while bathing. Not Hygiene bathroom. Not suitable for family stay this hotel. As per comparison with Lodge . Lodge is far better then this OYO hotel Supreet.TV not working.

Don't be deceived by the images which the hotel posted, reality is very different, Rooms are very dirty and unhygienic, walls are dirty, there are spits on the wall, blankets are also not cleaned. There are used packets of tablets. They don't care for guests, without asking they cut the Water supply for 3 hours. also they ask for the extra money beyond what they show on OYO. The staff are not supportive they don't listen to the complaints.

They asking double money as showing online. Rooms conditions is also not good. I reached there at 11.00 PM they also asked me for double money and show me a dirty non AC room but online showing ac room. I don't recommend don't book. You will regret definitely.

Third class ever seen in raipur

Pathetic hotel. They are booking rooms at one price whereas charging additional amount generally more.than double at the time of check in. Hotel condition is also not very good. Service is pathetic. If you dont provide additional amount check in will be denied. I would highly recommend not to book such cheap hotel.
