Le Roi Raipur Hotel

Location is just on platform no 1, rooms were clean and proper. Food at the restaurant is awesome. The chef (probably bengali) is a very nice person, he looks after all the food being served. Restaurant food is little costly, also room service charges and rates are higher. I liked the stay. It was an official visit.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. In addition, the customer service was outstanding. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and helpful, whether it was with the front desk, concierge, or restaurant team. I also used room service during my stay, and I was very pleased with the quick delivery and quality of the meals.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Le Roi, Raipur. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable--ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service was prompt and courteous throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a delightful mix of Indian and continental dishes, all fresh and well-prepared. A special mention to the Head Chef, Mr. Rabindra Paul, who was incredibly warm and attentive. He personally ensured that guests were well taken care of, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Good But have To improve your service timeing.Good Communication skills & staff are also polite... GREAT place for Stay for Business & family stay purpose. Also All services are quite good. J happy with all your services just keep the good things up..|Also need to improve on chocolate MRP as this is little bit high...

Best experience. Room were clean. No disturbance due to train siren. Best service given by staff. Thanks to Madhudewangan for superb hospitality.|Food was amazing with faster service. They have wake call facility incase the train is late or early

My stay at the hotel was a good experience with neat and clean rooms. The service was good and prompt. The only thing that bothered was their poor wifi connectivity in rooms, even after changing the room it was all the same. Coming to food and restaurant Lemon Tadka ,it was an awesome experience . They had an amazing breakfast buffet with a good variety. The other plus point is Chef Rabindra Paul, who takes utmost care of the food and his customers. Specially his Fish tikka, chilli mushroom , fish and mutton preparation was delicious. Thanks Chef for the amazing and delicious food.

A decent hotel attached to the railway station. Rooms are big enough with all amenities. A draw back is they don't have a closed cupboard and tea/ coffee maker in the room. Felt odd that when we ask for an empty plate from the restaurant, they force us to order something to get it !! The receptionist hold you literally and force us to write a review!! When told I will write, they forced to write it in front of them ( not writing so though) But for this , a very ideally located for people traveling by trains and a value for money
