Very poor behaviour and Malik was gali galoj use

Rooms were not clean. Service was not up to mark. And overpriced. I payed 2400 for 2 days for one ac room for couple. One thing was good which was privacy. And everything else was not good at all.

Room was smelling bed/pillows were dirty, Rooms and washroom are dirty. The hotel staff is very rude and does not entertain your issues or concerns, charged extra money, AC, TV, Geyser nothing was working. God knows why OYO has a tie up with this hotel. Also OYOs standard has degraded a lot for the past couple of years. Very disgusting service and pathetic professionalism. If possible i will give negative rating.

Room was not tidy and cleaning personnel showed up only once during my 3 night stay that too after multiple requests. No toiletries provided. Service is pathetic and food not served well, even tea tastes like as if it was made of powder and they cost Rs 30 for it. Excessively delayed room service leads to irritation for number of times. Staffs are not amicable though as I requested for 1 hr late checkout owing my test completion on check out day, they said that you should check out and shall keep your luggages in the reception area and pick up it later. Very disgusting service and pathetic professionalism.

Hotel Management & Staffs are very humble & generous which is a class apart thing about this hotel.We are not localites,we had an appointment & we were waiting in the ground floor.Meanwhile,i fainted due to scorching heat,I asked them for a cold drink & they rushed & bought me one from the market due to unavailability at their place.I even ordered food,they served me the food in my car itself since i was not feeling well.The food was hygienic,tasty & healthy.Humanity matters above all.It's rare to find these kind of people in work areas.The room we entered into was quite decent & clean.Little bit of advancement(like Proper Parking zone & reception)can make it greater place to stay.

Oyo is best for the mid price or low price segment, but the only vulnerabilities lies with this low budget hotels and their room are the privacy concerns for the couple, the switch sockets of these rooms, the closet and the bathroom edges responds to the camera and microphone detector application in android. And this is a very disturbing case because you can't even complain about this to the authority because the couples are so much concerned about themselves.

i had boarded this hotel from 27 june to 29 june. It is a good hotel, at walking distance, around 300 meters, from raipur junction railway station. The receptionist and other staffs are very helpful and polite. There are many good places for food near to the hotel. Also there are many stationary shops near by. Transportation is also very good, abundant auto rickshaws and Ola cabs are available. The bus stand is also nearby. I do recommend this hotel for budget travelers.
