Hotel Trimurti Inn

Hotel Trimurti Inn is located near Raipur Jn. and anyone have light luggage then they can move at own feet and it is very much pocket friendly, food is also very good in taste and it was also pocket friendly. My Room 402 were big enough and hygiene is so-so as per the low budget hotel. But Service is a big issue at there as I didn't get a chair and a table to sit and get food even said for the same at reception desk. Staff is not so much helpful as they didn't share the billing details properly for fooding and after all payments done without any question (receipt in photos) and asked for bill they said for take it at checkout but when final checkout they demanded GST amount extra for a bill even they didn't given any type of receipt or bill regard my online payment.

One of the worst experience I had there as hotel, service is hell specially receptionist (RAMA the name has told by their service man I am not sure that name is actual or not) she does not have sense to talk with customer. If you ask her something, she starts asking questions instead, she is not at all aware about basic etiquettes of receptionist behaviour, she can argue with you like her husband fighting in house. Literally I was wonder how they can hire this kind of women as receptionist, even I have spoken with hotel owner (Mr Agarwal) but he didn't take that matter as serious it was pathetic, NOTHING IS GOOD APART OF LESS PRICE. The people who is only looking for less price and can bear the bitter word from the receptionist they can go for it. There is no options to give the rating in minus otherwise I would have given that too.

One of the worst Hotel you could Find in Raipur..Rooms are dirty and bedsheets were not even changed and stains were also visible, Water also stinks and toilet were not cleaned....No etiquette from the staff very bad customer service

Rooms were ok. No hot water and AC didn't work. Since it was winter it was fine.

Rooms were ok it's just that the staff and management were not cooperating at checking out and billing .

I have stayed here for 2 days from monday night 8.20 to wed night 8.20 with my friend... At first the look and ambience of the hotel was good.. We have stayed in room no 317...First look was okay, but after started raining water was leaking through the window and the floor was full of water.. We complaints about it but no one came with solution... Service was too bad.. We ordered breakfast there...food was average, and they came to serve with pan in their mouth... Bathroom door was stuck and no water coming from main tap inside bathroom... 900 rs for one day for that room was too high... They didn't came with solution and also didn't came for cleaning also... Overall bad experience there..

The first time travelling to Raipur and staying here was just like we were at my home. Very humble staff. Lovely food. Very trustful room service staff. We must say, in future if we travel to Raipur we will stay here only. 5 in each and every sense.

Very rude a staff they cancelled my family's room is like 5 times and just answered saying like you reached here late and I cancelled your room and gave it someone else and we called this hotel and said that we are gonna reach late so you have our rooms or no the staff answered that yes we have your room then when we reached the hotel our booking was cancelled .Very rude staff
