Hotel Singhania Sarovar Portico,Raipur

The entire team of Singhania Sarovar Raipur, especially the Front Office Manager, Sanskar Panche, were exceptional in their hospitality. I stayed at the hotel for two weeks while visiting my father who was being treated at AIIMS hospital nearby. The entire team at SSPR not only checked in on my Dad's health daily, they also flexed their services and menu to pack nutritious food for him. It felt like my home away from home. In addition, the hotel room was absolutely clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was wonderful spread daily. Thank you so much to the whole SSPR team for their outstanding service and quality.

Restaurant staff was very good. The place had soft music music playing nicely complementing the restaurant experience giving a cozy vibe. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable experience. From the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone provided excellent service and made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Certainly one of the best properties in Raipur, particularly for the official and business stays. Rooms are well maintained and spacious and they have a decent range of breakfast. Service was okay, and the property was well managed. It's located at the outskirts of the city, but very well connected.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Singhania Sarovar Portico, Raipur. The rooms are surprisingly bigger and well-maintained. The food at the in-house restaurant was tasty and served hot. What impressed me the most was the prompt service and friendly staff. However, the location is a drawback - it's quite far from the airport. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its comfort and hospitality, but not ideal for those with early flights.

Hotel staff are very good and caring, hotel rooms are also luxurious and service is too good. Hotel is also having a Gym facility for the fitness freaks. (Specially for me) The only thing that I don't like about this hotel is the location which is around 10 km away from the raipur city.
