Hotel Simran Inn

I was there on 30.04.24. Location is very good. In front of city centre mall but hospitality was not upto the mark. No ward was available to lift your luggage. Bedsheets were dirty and used. ON complaining, shifted me to lower room which was small. As no option available booked through Ibibo.forced to stay . Fortunately I have booked for the day

Worst hotel ever visited in life. They gave room uncleaned every thing was messed up , bathroom was stinking. Not recommended at all.

Simran group of hotels is very poor in hospitality. No response from the reception. Delaying orders. No power backup. WIFI facility available only for couple of hours. Delay in room service. And the most importantly, excuses from the management when questioned for unusual delays.

quality of food is very good we visited for a friend's party this month. but the location of hotel is not not so good. car parking is available in hotel . if you are planning a party in budget then you can also consider simran.

Poor service, their staff's behaviour was disgusting, rooms are average, ambiance is not so good. Only one thing is good, city center mall and market area is in walking. Amenities me jo bhi mention kiya hai usme se kuch bhi available nhi hai. So think before visit the place.

Very bad experience Room was very dirty, with cockroaches all Around the floor and bed, wasroom was pathetic, taps not working, no hot water, no bell boy , lift was closed intentionally from the reception staff And on top of that Behaviour of the reception staff was very poor

Hotel Simran is very nice place for drinking with friends. They give many things in complimentary snacks. When ever u enter from the main gate there is a extreme smell of alcohol and cigrate which supposed not good for family and children. The rates of drinking beverages are cheaper than other bars of Raipur.

Very bad experience, there are cockroaches in the room, the channel of tata sky setup box doesn't work. Only free channels available which are of no use. After complaining also no service provided. Very bad staff service.
