Hotel Simran Heritage

Its a budget hotel. Needs upgrade in breakfast menu though. The staff when asked for tea in a complimentary breakfast denied me tea saying its finished. When generally they make one and serve in buffet till it closes down. Rooms are good. Though its needs Maintenance . More employees needed in restaurant too.

Located near to Raipur Junction Railway station, a good place for holding business seminar,conferences etc. Conference hall at ground floor was spacious enough to accomodate 100 -150 guest audience, dining area was adjacent to meeting hall with partial separation and convenient to have lunch ,dinner immediately after meeting. Spacious parking at basement 1 and basement 2 level. Food was served hot and tastes delicious.

Many times I visited this Hotel during my business travel to Raipur. Day by day the service & Cleanliness are becoming down graded. Changing the breakfast area is a major concern. The entry path in the basement is confined & dirty. Bathroom drainage issues in room no. 406. Seepage are visible in the wall. Hotel management should look into this seriously. They should provide sufficient reason to choose this hotel than other newly built hotels. Breakfast menu should be modified. No one like Idli & aloo Paratha every day.

Loved the way they maintained the rooms.... Too good..... Rooms are tidy. They provided brushing, combing and shaving kit. Room freshener made the room feel good. complementary breakfast is available. Felt secured.

Why review from Mr Girish was hide this review was the truth written by him about the hotel and about the worst maintained room of Simran heritage guys as more as review this hotel will hide daily 500 to 1000 reviews will be done till this guys apologize by written letter for the guest of room number 317 it was very disrespectful behaviour and the unexpected bloody thing happened in the room with the cotton rod.

Overall hotel is good.but it has so many charges.they can't tell u about the item in ur room..u will think that for the complementary.but at checkout they charges.

Pathetic service. Uncomfortable beds. No working ACs. Although the temperature on the thermostat changes, but the AC still given the same amount of cooling for all temperatures. Worst part was everytime we wanted to shower, we had to call room service to tell them to turn on the hot water. Despite which there was no hot water whatsoever. They just say karva rahe hai karva rahe hai and do nothing about it. Never coming back.

very poor service very bad reception behavior, rude behaviour of special reception & reservation ,not worth stay their lots of other good hotels available try same in raipur.
