Hotel Sharda Regency

If you can expect the worst to happen on your stay you can think about this hotel to be booked. Bed sheets, towels were stained, unclean premises, no hot water & awful service from staff. If I was to rate this place as negative I would have done this if it was an option.

1.Very worst stafff and his behaviour. 2.very bad service infact their are no service he provided. 3. I'm booking online room but when we reach their hotel , He increased the price of his room and refused to check in. 4.food cost and quality was incomprehensible. 5. Location was very unsafe 6.You will neither find any taxis nor any food in this area! Cabs are also deny to reach this area.

Being a comfortable costumer for 3rd time , this Hotel is Absolutely mind boggling as no less than the Business class Hotels ,loved the stay . Good hygiene of bedsheets and well maintained towels & they keep on refurnish the things . Good connectivity of wifi too .Typical response on problems, they will shift the room if available when ur uncomfortable. Proper reception and staff response . Every thing is fully functional in the room . Great privacy from all sides , tasty food and Ro/mineral water . What not - they maintain everything better than a 3 star property . Pandri market is nearby 1km . Station, Ambhuja are nearby 3-4km . Loved it .

It was good and comfortable. They also provide kitchen services and the food was good at affordable prices. The only problem I faced is due to google maps which took me to a shallow street and we really found alot of traffic in our way.

Room, Interior, Cleaning is good, but the staff/receptionist behaviour and hospitality is not good... And they are connected with the OYO but do not apply their entire rules. If you have booked a room by joining the OYO, then you will get a difference in the talk of the hoteliers upon reaching here.

Rooms were adequate but nothing special, but for the price rooms were decent. Service is alright but there aren't many services available, even food wasn't available or cold drinks. They closed the shutter at night and couple of times behaved like it was a institutional hostel rather than a hotel.

Rooms are good as the prices but staff here are worst, they don't have manners at all and services are also very poor here, no recharge on tv, no lift for 2nd floor rooms as well
