Hotel Punjab Palace

Rooms are not well maintained, bathrooms are in bad shape. Rooms and bathroom smells very bad, toilets are dirty, service is very bad, staff is not trained, location wise is good, don't recommend this hotel for family or with life partner, during my stay one of my friend came to visit me after 5 years but the receptionist stopped her at the entrance that you are not allowed to go room, I was very ambarrassed,

Best hotel ever stayed in raipur. As an advocate this is the best hotel. The district is just 10 meters away and 500 meters central jail. 250 meters RERA. 10 out of 10 hotel. Food is the best. Very affordable as well staff is very friendly.

We reached here without prior booking, in the middle of the night. Mr. Karan Rajput & his team were so cordial and quickly checked & accommodated us in the vacant rooms available. Checking-in, checking-out was smooth. The rooms has all the facilities operational. Maybe a round of re-painting of interiors would even make this a great place to stay.||Nirmala & Diksha were quite Guest-friendly & cordial. Both breakfast & dinner was good with a good variety.||All in all, a good experience for the two nights that we stayed & good value for money!

Rooms are amazing, provided premium quality basics requirement like bathroom kit and rooms slippers, 4k TV, Fridge.,etc.

Dirty/torn linen, wash room requires rewamp, towels were dirty, decent food and service located on main road easily accessible
