I have been visiting Hotel Mayura for the last 15 years or more and every time my stay has been pleasant.|Rooms are well furnished, neat and clean. Linen and towels are clean. All necessary toiletries are provided. Room service is quick. |The multi cuisine restaurant, Ocellus has recently been renovated. Brightly lit, offers a large variety of dishes, to suit everyone's choice and taste. Breakfast spread is also good, starting from fresh cut fruits, juices, north & south Indian varieties, sandwiches, toast, muffins, tea, coffee, cereals and what not! |However, we always miss the tasty food of Cinnamon restaurant, closed during the Corona outbreak, which offered yummy North Indian & Mughlai cuisine. |Being located in the heart of Raipur city, parking space is limited but I have always been lucky to get space as soon as I arrive! |The staff is courteous. This time I was obliged, to get an upgrade to a Presidential suite, courtesy Ashwini Singh. |Recommended for business travelers as well as families.

Everything regarding this hotel is really good, especially the food. But sad to say that the room service is not upto the mark. When ordering in service food, we have to keep calling them or else they may even forget that we ordered something. The room and washroom were clean. Every other were perfectly functioning.

Breakfast provided by this hotel was impressive. I enjoyed buffet style food very much. But toilet was not working and shower does not give me warm water. Toilet was even smelly.

Consumer behaviour Of Front Desk Staff of Hotel Mayura Raipur is VERY BAD, WORST and CHEAP etc.. As I had Booked a PRESIDENTIAL SUIT ,They Trouble my family for Pity or silly Thing as ME AND MY FAMILY is not responsible for any damage of their hotel room property like Towel, After Check out and after the whole amount of Hotel Bills had paid by me They waste my Time to Board my Train for a silly Towel stains which was not done by me and my family the Front Desk Staff was not providing my Bill to me and they misbehaved with my MOTHER as she is a SENIOR CITIZEN, SO I VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO BE AWARE OF HOTEL MAYURA RAIPUR (C.G).
