Hotel Gyan regency and Hot Drop Cafe

The room was untidy and the hotel was short on staff and this was the reason they gave to not clean the room. The washroom had an open window with no curtain whatsoever and this is a total invasion of privacy. The food was horrible with price which was totally not worth it. The biryani we had was nothing but fried rice even that was not done in a good way. The TV had no remote and was in not working condition.

If i am having the option of giving 0 stars I would definitely opt for that only. Firstly worst hotel if you are looking for this one please stop, I went there in an emergency I booked a room through Goibibo and after that I called the hotel also for confirmation. The response I got from the hotel owner is "okay Mam you can come" after reaching there the receptionist told us there is no room available I legit travelled 2 hour to reach the place it was such a waste. The place is terrible they have 0 knowledge of how to handle the situation please it's a request even if you are having less money in hand but please don't go for this oneBIG NO. Worst staff worst hotel.

Such an awful place to be. The rooms r dirty. The staffs r irresponsible, they didn't even properly cleanup the rooms before our arrival....bathrooms stinks and dirty Everything is simply wrong with this place. Disgusting
