Hotel Golden - I

The location is weird, the staff is polite but kinda sorry to say dumb. The breakfast was good but what I ordered in the evening was just bland. There was no hot water, had to have a bath because I had a very crucial work commitment so I had to bathe with cold water that worsened my already bad health. Also, the room the space got extremely creepy in the night, couldn't bring myself to sleep. Really 3/10 experience. 2 marks for the good breakfast an 1 for the printouts they got me from the reception.

Great place, location, clean, hygienic spacious rooms! Shower had an issue though. Restaurant has great tasty food as well! Kavita from front office was very kind, professional, quick and accomodating to make my stay wonderful. Don't allow unmarried couples, so clean family crowd as well. For the price, it's a steal! Staying here again!

The most disgusting hotel that we have been during our stay in India. No words to discribe the: - horrible smell - dirt everywhere - insects running in the toilet (different kind, I was not able to wash myself there) - mould on the walls - dirty towel in the bathroom I am able to accept, understand many things and inconvenience - but this was just TOO much. Please don't stay here.

Horrible place, worst we had already during our India trip. Dirty, mould and insects. Bathroom was completely disgusting. Lady at the reception wasn't welcoming. I don't recommend this place, not worth this price and discomfort.

I have stayed there 5 times 3/10/2024, I was Encounter with the receptionist named Heena, she was such a arrogant lady, I had given adhar card inspite of that she was not given entry we waited for 45mins in reception. These type of person should not work in hospitality field. Breakfast timing is from 8 am but they start serve from 8:30am each and every time. None of rooms have working television with proper connection.

Overall a moderate hotel and decent services. Rooms are good and clean and bathroom is also fine but can be improved. Had a parking.
