Very Disappointing Experience - Needs Immediate Staff Training - Poor Experience Despite Low Occupancy - No Support for Late Checkout I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, particularly with the behaviour and attitude of the hotel staff, especially the manager / front desk . The way they handle guests is extremely unprofessional and lacks even the most basic courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. I had requested a late checkout of just 2-3 hours and clearly mentioned that I was ok to pay 50% of the room tariff for the extended time. Despite this, there was no response, no assistance, and no effort to accommodate the request. What's even more surprising is that the hotel was not busy at all--most of the rooms were vacant, and there was no rush of guests. Still, they declined the request without any explanation or concern. Even a 1-2 hour late checkout should not be a big deal, especially when the guest is willing to pay for it. But the manager's behavior was totally indifferent, and it felt like the staff had no interest in guest satisfaction or service. Their unresponsiveness and lack of hospitality made the experience very unpleasant. This is not how a guest should be treated--especially someone who's willing to pay extra and politely makes a reasonable request. There was no professionalism, no empathy, and no willingness to support. For the betterment of future guest experiences, I recommend the hotel owner take prompt action to train the staff in proper guest relations and service basic hospitality etiquette. If such issues are not addressed, the reputation of the hotel will continue to suffer. I genuinely hope my feedback leads to some improvement for future guests

Reference to the Reply of the owner on my earlier review: Your reply speaks about your conduct towards the customers. Don't you make lame statements like "we know about your choice "?!! Had that been the case I would not have to refer to the poor taste of the food and hygiene and cleanliness. And its not about whose fault it is, but its about you shouldn't agree to anything if you can't keep the word. You ought to provide services when you are paid for it.

Priced Right and Very Comfortable The hotel is a new property with very spacious rooms and basic amenities. Cleanliness in hotel is very good. Staff is very cooperative and eager to help. The front office staff and manager personally call and check if guest is being served well and feedback if any. There is only room service (no restaurant) but food is very good. Overall a no frills hotel and meets basic needs of a traveler for a comfortable and economical stay. Best wishes to management and staff.

Hotel staff is untrained,they don't know how to speak to the customer.Rooms are having lots of cockroach, cleanliness level is very poor.Facility - No drinking water,soaps etc available in the room, everything you have to ask .Not advised anyone to stay in this pathetic Hotel even for a minute.

Excellent room service with a cozy ambiance. Budget friendly. Good place for business stays.

I am surprised to see there is no parking area so called parking area was full of kabads, no space to park the car and surprised how he is got licence to run the hotel

Worst hotel that I ever check in. Room service is bad, room was not clean, charging so much price.

Not up to the mark, Colour of walls break-in apart hot water issue, Smell in room really bad, They have a good location and space, can improve there space
