Hotel ARRAJ

The only good thing about this hotel is its location; everything else was disappointing. I booked a Deluxe AC Room for 4 nights, but housekeeping only cleaned the room after repeated requests each day. The bathroom was not cleaned unless specifically asked, and towels were either not provided or had a bad odor. When I entered the room, the bedsheet was covered in dust, and the blanket had a strong smoke smell, which I had to request to be changed. When I raised these concerns at the reception, I was told, "We do instruct the staff to clean, but it doesn't make a difference whether you request it or not." This experience makes me question whether their high ratings are genuinely earned or simply paid for. I would not recommend this hotel. But on the checkout day, the experience was even worse. I had booked the room through their official website, so I expected a hard copy of the bill, but they outright refused to provide it. Instead, they demanded an extra 500 if I wanted the bill. This led to 5-6 hours of unnecessary hassle and a complete waste of my time. I feel cheated--I booked this hotel based on its ratings, but my experience was nothing like what was promised. Beware before booking!

Overall it's a good hotel, situated in jail road, near to railway station and other prominent places. Staff behaviour was good and prompt.

The room was of okay size but the sheets, blankets and pillows were dirty and the staff were reluctant to change the sheets. Also none of the staff I met speak English so communication was very difficult.

Room facilities so nice ,no many wastes, costumer service good,but food service and nasta service are not available,all over all ok ,

Room is very nice, all staff also good. Ac non ac all types of room available. Room prices also chip.

Great Hotel, small staff but polite behaviour and best thing it's safe and value for money.
