Hotel Aditya

I stayed here for a night but was not expecting much from this hotel. Their rooms are worn out. The bathroom was drinking. Rooms really require a renovation. But the staff and their service is making a difference. Narendra at check in was very good and efficient. Check in was smooth. Housekeeping and staff at the breakfast were also very helpful. If the condition of the room is good then it is really a nice property to stay.

I was a good place to stay with family. The staff greetings was good. But you may find difficulty in finding the entrance for it. It also have a decent parking space but have less sanitation. Overall the hotel is good .

Worst service and not clean hotel at all. I have never visited a hotel rated 3star with such a bad condition and service is worst.

I visited Hotel Aditya in Raipur for a friend's engagement ceremony, which was a great experience. Tucked away in a serene corner near Jaistambh Chauk, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Whether it's a wedding, anniversary, or corporate event, they can cater to diverse needs with finesse. However, it's worth mentioning that the experience comes at a slightly higher price point. While the quality justifies the cost to some extent, it might be considered a bit pricey for some visitors.

We got a very corner room of some executive price of 2500 in the hotel. Pillows had hair, Bedsheets were dirty. We asked the customer service to change the bedsheets, they said they'll change it but they never came. They were very slow to take actions. Paid 1200 for a tasteless lunch.

I was staying in this hotel from 15th to 18th Dec 2019 while on a business trip. Things I liked: 1. Central location 2. Good infrastructure 3. Decent food quality Things I didn't like at all: 1. Ignorant staff - need to pay more attention towards guest. Airport pickup got delayed by over 45 mins. No answer from the hotel phone when i was calling. 2. Cleanliness and hygiene need a lot of work. I requested for changing the bed linen since it was stained and dirty. The one which they replaced was even worse. It had stains and someone's hair. Better i was present there so i immediately asked them to replace the second one. Fortunately the third one was clean. 3. Food quality can improve. I only had breakfast since i was mostly out for work the whole day. Nothing much to complain about but breakfast menu was very limited. Can increase options. Also paranthas were half cooked every time. I hope this feedback is taken positively to make improvements in future.

Booked two adjacent rooms in this hotel online. But the manager shamelessly gave 2 different types of rooms on two different floors. When asked to cancel the rooms and refund the money, he arrogantly refused. Linen on the beds were totally dirty when arrived. Room service was super slow. No toiletries were given. Even the water bottle was charged. Absolutely worthless experience.
