GOLDEN HOTEL (Boutique Hotel)

Walls dilapidated, commod looking like a n entire school kids used and flushed but they claim they have cleaned it. Location is prime but no parking facilities, service they try to do with what they can. Booked on may15 The staff are very quick and did their best to accommodate us despite all the above

Booked the hotel from make my trip for a overnight stay. The pictures and hotels rooms are not same. Cleanliness is very concerning. Bed linens seems to be as old as the hotel. Air Conditioner leaks water and flooded the room. Upon complaining they offered another room and the other room bed linens were even worse . The receptionist sleeps on floor at night, quite a view to see when guests walk in and out. Will not recommend this hotel for couples or families.

The hotel was too good as compared with the price Near Raipur Railway station Just walkable distance. Service was too good and the staff was too Polite The ambience fo the hotel was Great. Hygiene is maintained everywhere Ordered Food !! Reasonable prices with good quality and quantity. Smart TV was provided for not to get bored. Some OTT apps available with subscription. Good Choice to choose Hotel Near Railway station

Superb Hotel. Once you visit this hotel, you will definitely only going to stay here in future for Raipur trips. They don't have proper front opening. But don't judge a book by its cover. It is amazing from Inside. Also front portion is under construction, once it is constructed, I am pretty sure - it will look Amazing from outside also. Staffs are polite, helpful, co-operative and friendly. They are available at your service in late night also with their smiling face. Hotel as well as rooms are based on golden theme which suites their name too. I stayed in 2 different types of rooms, both are amazing. One had refrigerator along with snacks readily available at room. (Obviously it is extra chargeable) They have aroma diffuser in entire hotel as well as room that emits pleasant fragrance which going to make your mood amazing and also it will help you to sleep well. Every room has smart TV, so Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc along with traditional cable channel can be enjoyed. (Very few hotels provide smart tv in their rooms) Usually people make their first booking through online since it doesn't have good front. But once customer come into this hotel, they will definitely going to become repeating customer. Pricing also reasonable compared to rooms, services and hospitality offered. Mobile Internet speed issue inside some spots, however fast WiFi is available till every corner. Definitely recommended

Surprisingly cute and well maintained hotel for the price point. Good service by staff. The only issue I had was the lack of network inside the rooms. Bang opposite Raipur railway station. Will definitely stay here again on any other trip to Raipur.

Just opposite to raipur junction railway station. Good one at offered pricing. Some renovation work is going on the front side. Major drawbacks are non-availability of lift and no restaurant facility. They will take orders and deliver them to rooms. The interior design was very good. The response from the reception was very good. Parking of visitors four wheelers are not available right now due to some renovation activities. If a restaurant is available and complimentary breakfast is provided. It would be very nice.

The level of service during my stay I got amazed me from the staffs. Very good hotel at a reasonable price. Food is great. Services are very cordial. It provides a good parking facility and that's an important feature in an over crowded city like Raipur.

Nice Hotel. Staffs are polite. Location is good as walking distance from Railway station. Only drawback is the rooms are bit small. But the staff is good so don't felt that as any issue. 5 star for the staff attitude.
