Awesome service.. I am visiting to this hotel from last 1.5 years.. The staffs are really cooperative.. Front office welcoming the guest in good manner. Nice etiquettes by all the staffs... Especially Dilesh (front office) guy, he is having jolly nature.. f&b manager Vinay is also doing great work. Need to work on house keeping a little bit.. and provide some discount to regular guest

Very bad experience 1 year ago this hotel is very nice in terms of room and professional staff behaviour but now I booked again because of the previous experience but now the experience is very bad room fan was not working so we called and informed the staff so staff came with a floor cleaner stick and start rotating the fan. If we switch off the fan then we have to do the same process. So I asked for other room they said there is no room available and staff are not so friendly so you will not feel good staying here with family or for business purposes.

Awesome stay, staffs are very polite and helpful, food is good, complementary breakfast is awesome, very neat and clean room and bathroom. Bed sheets pillow cover towel is very clean. Room decorating is also nice. Commuting from Airport is very easy since it is just beside of Atal Path. Place is really cool & calm. Really awesome experience. Specially I want to mention front office staff Yashu is very polite supportive and helpful with nice pleasant behaviour.|Overall value for money

Best hotel with most humble and helping staff in raipur, firstly went with wrong booking by the app still the guy on counter arranged me a room in no time and in second visit they upgraded my room by themselves,nice views ,best hospitality and hygiene was maintained all the time . Hotel food was also good and fresh all the time . If ever I'll be in raipur, will choose Citrus prime for sure.

untrained/unprofsnal/illiterate staf from managers to waiters booked 8rooms 1.flush of entire 3rd floor washrooms doesn't work 2. while complaining they cut the call, after they don't pickup call 3. they ask for charges of breakfast even after booking the room with breakfast 4.manager of the hotel needs behavior counselling requesting ease my trip to delist the bokas property instantly

Room are neat and clean Staff are very coperative and professional I used to visit every month and plan to stay at this hotel only.. Mr Ankit from the hotel always take the utmost care...Thank you

Without doubt one of the favorite hotel i stayed during my time in raipur! The staff was extrimly friendly. The restorant is very flexible! And the food and beverage manager called Mr Vinay deserves a spacial thanks. the atmosphere is so spacial that it really felt like home to me. A great sample of excellent hospitality!

3years back I have rated this 5 star but today it's pathetic. Central AC is not cooling below 28 Fridge not working No ice available Regretting on my stay.
