I visited Babylon International, Raipur, and had a great dining experience. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and had a good balance of flavors. The menu offered a variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and well-cooked. The ambiance of the restaurant was quite pleasant, with a classy and comfortable setup that made the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or colleagues, the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. Service was another highlight--staff members were courteous, attentive, and prompt in taking orders and serving food. They ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive, which is always appreciated. Since I didn't stay at the hotel, I can't comment on the rooms or accommodation facilities, but for dining, Babylon International is definitely worth visiting. Would love to come back and try more from their menu!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After traveling the whole night, I arrived exhausted, hoping to check in and get some rest. However, the reception staff was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality manners. Despite explaining my situation, the receptionist insisted on advance payment before check-in, showing zero empathy. There was some problem with the machine or the card may be. I was too tired to argue, but what shocked me the most was his complete indifference when I decided to leave the hotel. Not even a single attempt was made to resolve the issue or offer any assistance. A place that treats its guests this way doesn't deserve to be in the hospitality business. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to experience the worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs!

The front desk team is uncourteous. The sales team is unprofessional. No regards no professionalism. I went from Delhi to check the hotel for a big meeting. But the unprofessional staff sales head, despite knowing that I am coming, displayed unprofessionalism. I left the hotel from reception itself. I will never go this hotel. Very poor quality staff

The hotel also provides dining facilities, a fitness center, and event spaces, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I would like to share my experience from a recent business trip. The rooms are spacious but reflect an older infrastructure. Facility management should inspect the rooms for missing items; for instance, I noticed the fan regulator cap was missing, making it difficult to adjust the fan speed. In the restaurant, more staff is needed. With only 3-4 staff members, they struggled to manage guest requests efficiently. The waiting period was long, especially when buffet items ran out, with delays of 10-15 minutes or more to refill. The hotel's location is excellent, being close to Ram Mandir, and it offers ample parking space. However, I recommend avoiding stays during wedding season, as noise from celebrations can disturb your peace at night.

Checked in with my family in 23//11/24, been here many times but this time it was different. The room quality detioreted massively. Very poor quality and unhygienic rooms. And poor service too. I can't understand how this hotel still fall under 5 star category, not more than 3 star worth. They charged us 5000rs for such poor rooms. I could have added photos but they haven't enabled that option, they know they'll get exposed. Think twice before checking in here.

If can give negative star then I would give -100 stars. Such a worst hotel in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Worst Hotel of Raipur. Inspite of booking Suite Room, there is power cut in room throughout the night. No cleanliness at all. The AC is not working properly. All in all one thing to say - Jitna purana hotel, utni ghatiya service.

I've visited here many times , they have farzi cafe as well restro One for indoor and other for outdoor and their dal makhni,garlic naan, garlic bread is scrumptious
