ARIENA - The Boutique Hotel

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bathroom amenities were luxurious. Room service was prompt and the food was restaurant-quality. The concierge provided excellent recommendations that made my trip memorable. I can't wait to return!

Located in the most busy yet accessible part of raipur city, it is one of the most comfortable stays. The rooms are spacious. Staff is well behaved. Maintenance is very good. The roof top restaurant is just the perfect vibe for a relaxing evening.

Good interior of dining hall. However no separate arrangement for family dining. Exorbitant rates of dishes quality is good but quantity is less. Good arrangement of car wallet parking. Added service charges in bill in lieu of tip

The place is really good and the food and the rooftop restaurant is awesome the rooms are comfortable but the service is literally very poor the bouncy bae bees are for 2.5 to 12 years but for 10 to 12 years there is no enjoyment and over that they give us compulsory socks with high charges and also water of 20 rupees that also small . The management is very good as they provide us with dental kit , shaving kit,comb kit,shower cap , disposal bag , sugar free gold, refine sugar, tea bags, coffee powder, lipton green tea and an electric kettle. Sometimes the staff acts as if he is a fool for example yesterday we ordered extra naan and butter roti and they didn't put butter so we have to put and he took it and we said to bring some naan and till naan was prepared the butter roti was not hot anymore so he should put it on gas once more to make it hot but no My over all experience was ok-ok

What we need for our guest FOOD and our all guest said AWESOME . I Recommend ever one randomly try any dish you will definitely like it.

The hotel claimed to offer a buffet, but unfortunately, there was no buffet setup. Instead, the food was served directly at the table. This was quite unexpected and a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to the variety and experience a buffet usually offers. Taste was appreciated and service was also good but again they provide coupons but they cannot give rooms prior and not worth purchasing coupons. Drinks price were too high as expected

Location: adjacent to a big mall, in the middle of a high-end shopping street. Rooms: standard size, but dated. Both furniture and furnishings show signs of prolonged usage. Amenities: tea/coffee service & mini fridge in the room, all amenities available in the bathroom. Food: multiple options in house - a restaurant, a bar, a roof top restaurant cum night club. Food: regular fare, taste wise average. Service: lethargic overall.

It was a good experience staying at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The locality seemed good. The breakfast buffet spread was good too. I would highly recommend it.
