Hotel Shivganga Comfort Zone Raipur

The curtains, linens and bathroom were really dirty. Seems like the rooms are not well maintained. Two years ago, it was a clean hotel. I am very disappointed.

Decent room size and cleanliness. People working as receptionists need to be trained as to how to treat customers. Amazing food quality. Premium thali is a must try. Loved it.

The hotel has a nice ambience. It's located a bit inside so you may find some problem locating it. It has big sign though which is easy to spot. The food is good. We only had breakfast here. They don't have many choices in the buffet, we found only poha, idli and bread in the buffet. The room had a nice feel. It has a very peaceful atmosphere. You will feel the room is airy. Overall we had a pleasant stay here. You can go for this hotel.

I was getting a mixed reviews about this place on google. I decided to give it a try as it was backed by a well known brand Oyo. 1) Location - Calm and soothing, not much sound pollution of vehicles and also near to Colours mall so one can spend time playing bowling and shopping. 2) Restaurant - The best part was a two page menu. Only selected items were included in the menu and all dishes were upto mark. Paneer butter masala made my day. :) 3) Rooms- Clean and newly built. Having all necessary amenities. 4) Staff- The staff need to be trained a bit more. But considering this hotel is just 2 months old there was lack of experience of staff. Overall nice experience. Highly recommended!!

The Review is for Third Class Hotel in Raipur. Please Book other Hotels but don't book this hotel even offer free. I believe the Rating is 4.3 are wrong given by all Hotel staff., Friend , and family members of hotel owner to attract the customers. Safety Not having with your family's friends girlfriend etc. You can guess the RED area..... Of Raipur. The Hostel for for time Pass only. The owner will talk very sweet to book the Room once you pay the money then who are you. Bills are not proper if you are planing to claim the bills then please forget that you will get money back by claiming into the company. It is not safe to stay with your families, friends, girlfriend, business trips, not even for single day stay. If you book hotel the hotel owner will not allowed you to stay. Services- This is very pathetic Hotel I have ever seen. Not timely service. Incomplete food delivery. Menu- The menu is very much short but you will not get the food which you like to eat. The menu is just for showing off. Owner* - egoistic, rud, want only monye, don't intrested in giving services to the valuable customers. Breakfast- not believe that was Breakfast not good and value for the money. This is just a very short experience which I have faced with this 4 days stay....

It's a new build & very nice hotel. Each room has good view & great space. I enjoyed my stay here. Each staff is very supportive & helpful. They provide 24 Hours Check-in. Checkout time is sharp 11.00 am

The manager keeps personal grudge with their customer. They force their customer to rate 5 star even after using slangs with their customer and misbehaviour with them. Really disappointed with the behaviour of the manager. He talks in such a bad language which is really very tough for anyone to hear. They just focus on making money and do not provide any service at all. I would never like to see the hotel and it's manager again. This is my sincere advice to everyone NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Staff service is great , room space is big enough , everything is all around good, they need to increase the complimentary breakfast options because in that they only serve you South indian food and toast , coffee / tea. What about those who don't eat south Indian? Had a good experience though.
