Pro Located in main junction and easy to navigate. Market within walkable distance.Spacious rooms, well maintained Complimentary breakfast is good. Lunch/Dinner in alacarte mode. Food is really good Cons: Services can be improved. Bed was not comfortable to sleep. Minibar Snacks are not refilled everyday based on consumption. Need to remind them. Window view is not pleasant when you take left side rooms.Table Diary/ notebook provided was in torn condition. Could have avoided. Alacarte menu is limited. Overall Good experience.

For a 4 star hotel that they claim to be, the place smells a bit too vile. You can smell mold as soon as you enter the door. Rooms have a strong moldy smell as well. Location isn't that great, the road outside is dusty and not somewhere you could go for a short walk after dinner. Staff is alright but the hotel's visitor policy is a bit weird. They don't allow you to visit your guest unless you pay. I'm just saying, if you're against allowing visitors, stay true to your policy, why give us an option to pay and visit? Or maybe just write "pay and visit" on your front desk. So visitors are not really a problem, they just want to make more money through whatever means they can. I've stayed in 5 stars hotels in 3 different countries and visitors were never prohibited, otherwise it's alright.

Specially Food Is Good And For Small Party's Like Birthday and Kitty party and Other -1 Hall is too Much good . They Provide Package For any Function which is Decent price Range. And In Package they Provide all Decoration, Entry, Food and Other..

Food quality is good but not up to the mark. Price is high and taste is average. And service is very late. After finishing starter take too much time to prepare the main course despite few person or costmer on the table.

recently visited the Ivy Hotel in Rampur and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a comfortable ambiance with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was courteous, attentive, and helpful. I enjoyed the local touch, food was was both delicious and authentic. The location is centrally located and convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. Not aware of room service as our stay was so quick on both days!

Google maps gives false location. Actually the entrance is just under the flyover. There is a cramped parking space. The good part is that staff is helpful. Breakfast is ok. Not a bad place to stay. There was some exams going in there

However, while Hotel Ivy is a 4-star property, the pricing is on par with 5-star hotels, which raises expectations. Unfortunately, certain aspects fell short of justifying the premium pricing. The restaurant menu was quite basic, and the breakfast was mediocre, more akin to what you'd find in a regular hotel rather than a premium one. With some improvements in the dining options, the hotel could offer better value for money and a more well-rounded experience.
