Sayaji Hotel Raipur

Hailing from Indore, I have been accustomed to the Sayaji way of hospitability & prowess in culinary affairs . Raipur was no exception . A true delight . Clean / Cosy rooms with impeccable food options in breakfast and Dinner. Best for both business and family visits. Well trained and always ready to help staff members . Indore food fest was being celebrated when I made a visit. It was cherry on the top! You get 9.5/10 rating. Half rating deducted due to delay in checking and room preparation . Otherwise A.W.E.S.O.M.E!

Yesterday... we went for dinner in Raipur branch but as per price the food variety was not good enough. Also the starter was very limited and average in taste. At this price, we expect something really good but we got disappointed. We have much better options in the city than this in more cheaper price than this one.

My recent stay at Sayaji Hotel Raipur was a delightful experience. The hotel's ambiance was welcoming, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff was truly exceptional, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I especially want to commend Muskan at the front desk for her outstanding service and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful providing valuable information and ensuring a smooth check-in process. I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. "From the moment we walked in, the service at craving was impeccable. Our server, chanchal sahu was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Every dish was prepared with care and was bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, perfect for a memorable evening. We especially appreciated the quick and efficient service, even during the busy rush hour. We will definitely be returning!"

The room in which we stayed was small with a tiny bathroom. It's more like a IBIS type of hotel, business friendly. The sofa in the room was as horrible as you can get. The over all ambience including the lobby is comfortable and ok. The breakfast spread is about OK with no frills. You can get more vibrant hotels at this price point. Sayaji is a brand which is only patronised by people who have stayed in its Indore property in its prime about 15 years ago.

The best part of the hotel was its hospitality. I haven't seen such well trained staff and so courteous staffs , anywhere else (I am counting only 5star and 4 star hotels). Room was good , yes bathroom could be slightly bigger. Food was tasty. Had a wonderful stay.

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at this hotel, and while there were some hits and misses, the overall experience was unforgettable! The ambience was top-notch, elegant and sophisticated. The staff were extremely cheerful, attentive, and helpful, making sure our every need was met. Now, onto the food - we tried 8 different starter dishes, and while they were all delicious, the soup could have been improved. Perhaps a bit more seasoning or creativity would elevate it to the next level. Despite this minor hiccup, I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit!

The location is inside from main road and mall, rooms are small unless you book for a upgrade room category. The front office staff needs to be trained on soft skills and behaviour, they are not behaving as part of premium hotels or the sayaji brand name. There should be training and rotation of the staff , the hotel management needs to look into it seriously as the front office people are the face of the hotel. Even if the hotel boasts a couple friendly rules, the front office people look with suspicion and scrutinize the documents which are not acceptable and account for a bad experience on the guest side.
