OYO 42999 Indraprastha Hotel

Took a halt for lunch, Extremely bad food. Doesn't udnertaand request to make ir spicy or less spicy.

First time in my history i experienced that Room lock was not available for the room where we stayed, we used to pack our bags daily and kept at other room, room quality was poor, no cleaning, same towel with holes in it given despite asked to change for new, jet in washroom was not working,complete mismanagement, staff is not trained, will never go to this hotel, but yes if management try they can change the things,

All negative... The room service is poor... Breakfast is unavailable... They even charge for a water bottle... The only positive aspect is that the rooms are quite spacious, although the location is convenient...

My experience & feedback. This restaurant has recently been renovated and opened for public only 6 days before which the billing counter executive informed me this excuse doesn't give them leverage to offer poor customer service & food to the customer. 1) Service: only one word pathetic, least that I can expect. I was made to wait for 15 minutes to get the menu card & also got after several requests. I selected the food & ordered which the lady took my order & then after 5 minutes she comes back & informs me that tomato soup which I had ordered can't be served so I asked her to give me menu card so that I can change the order, but it was getting late as usual so I requested for menu card to other lady but surprisingly both the ladies never came again to give me menu card. Meanwhile in this whole drama of this restaurant it took well around 50-55 minutes to serve the food. And this also was served only when I went to billing counter (already executive was busy satisfying other customers who came up to enquire about this bad service) to enquire about the time it will take to serve the food which he was also not aware & kept on repeating we are newly opened & did not expected heavy rush & also staffs are very less, upon hearing this I was about to leave then he insisted & said "abhi karwata hoon". Than after 5 minutes food was served. Nobody came again to enquire whether we require anything or not. My Rating for Service will be big "0" 2) Food Quality: Veg fried rice quality was very poor. Rice used was not which is used generally in making fried rice and also like some "kankar powder" was there while eating. My Rating for Food wil be "1" 3) Price: Prices of the food is overcharged when compared to other restaurant's which are rated good when compared to this restaurant. 4) Feedback Register: I enquired for the register to give my feedback for which they informed me that they don't have it. Which I feel they also know that register will be filled by which type of feedback so it's better to not keep it. I have to ask to the responsible person of this restaurant, Is customer paying you to get this type of bad experience?? And also your people don't feel empathy to the customer for what they had offered?? (It felt by their attitude as if what had happened, what's a big deal in this). You are into the industry which is customer centric, value them.

No Maintenance of room at all. Bed spread asks You to leave! Food is good. Workers are good.

Food is not good, served us a cold food. And when we refuse to eat they charged us full. What a pathetic service, will not visit ever again.

Gave raw veg pakora, charged 30 INR for 20 INR bottled water, room temperature not cold water. When wanted to complain to the manager the girl at the reception denied to give contact information of the manager or the owner. Told us that 30 rupees is what they charge.

Very bad food never ever I say never ever visit this restaurant and property food quality is very poor and stale food is being served
