**Extremely Disappointing Experience** I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was extremely unclean, with damp walls and poorly maintained facilities. The air conditioning units were not working properly, and water was leaking from the indoor unit, making the room even more uncomfortable. Basic amenities like a water bottle and glasses were missing. The staff displayed a completely indifferent attitude and were unresponsive to any complaints. Bed linens were not changed even after previous guests had checked out. The TV in the room was non-functional, and some lights were not working. Despite requesting a light replacement, no action was taken. To make matters worse, they demand full payment before allowing guests to check in, which seems unfair given the poor condition of the rooms. Overall, a highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The service was very bad. No one knew how to serve the customers properly. The room condition was terrible, with cockroaches roaming around, and no one cleaned the room. The room was so damp that the walls had turned black. Despite multiple requests, they did not provide a GST bill and failed to respond properly. If they cannot manage the place, they should shut it down.
