Hotel Johal Palace

It's a nice hotel. Looks good from the inside. I ordered chicken biryani from it. It was very tasty. The rice and chicken were cooked properly and the taste was good too.

Hotel Service, Interior and staff is good. But the only problem I found was, there was no parking space available in the hotel. Due to rush in front space of hotel and bank beside hotel, I was compelled to park my car in front of the hotel on road, before checking out. The IDFC bank beside the hotel called the traffic officer and put the hook in my car, putting an allegation that it wasn't parked properly. Now the hotel's management was also not cooperating and bank manager and employees were also behaving very rude... The point is, there is no parking space in this hotel and the staff members are also not supportive for that, you have to bring your vehicle at your own risk. And I also suggest to look out for the rude and inappropriate behaviour of IDFC bank employees with the Hotel Johal Palace's customers.

Hilarious experience for a fool like me, who experienced the 2nd time. My feedback is purely for resturant, ordered and wait for 30min there was no response. No staff was there in restaurant for service, though I was informed them about my bus timing....... Most importantly there price is higher then any star hotels.

Johal palace is a great delgiht to live in. Situated at a very authentic and nice place this place serves you a good view of city and surroundings near by. The staff is very cooperative and well mannered. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The rooms service system is very active and good. Very cooperative and well mannered staffs. Having lift facility too for guests. The good served was very tasty and hygienic. The washrooms were also clean. At good rates. All in all it was a great stay there.

1. The hotel is in the main market but the service and food is very bad. We ordered food and the waiter forgot to get the chapatis and rice. We only got some veggies hence had to go out for dinner at around 1 am and had dinner at bus stand. Food quality and taste is also not good. There is strange and bad smell in all the rooms. Overall experience was very bad and won't suggest anyone to stay there. 2. People over here are not customer friendly and are too rude as if they are the owner. Even after commitment of some teriff the person named Sheshan was too rude and didnt even listen anything abd charged for 1 day just for 2m1.3 to 2 hours after informing earlier. People like hime must be removed immediately ir must be trained to talk to customers in a good way. This is something like taking the favour of the hotel. Probably the owner is like that as the owner of Hotel Saket who abuse and throw their customers our of hotel.

Worst hotel ever, Food is unnecessary expensive, misbehave with customer, staff uses abusive language, Owner is mad, unhygience hotel, Only work for money dont know about hospitality at all, I recommend to not visit this hotel, there are lots of good hotel available in raigarh instead of this.Be aware of this sort of hotels.

Rooms are spacious. Food is good but expensive but nothing in comparison to its ambience. Servicing was not good until and unless we dont call 3 or 4 times the order will not come to the room. They need to improve on this point.
