Hotel Accord Premier

Interior and amenities of this hotel is good but the staff seems little unprofessional. You can say more towards aggressiveness with customer. Manager seems little lack trust with corporate customers. He used to talk aggressively with customer. Housekeeping staffs were also rude. Reception hospitality has to improve. I must suggest deal with corporate customer well. First time experience was weird although ambience was good.

Hotel staff at Reception says,is this the time to checkin at 6 am in the morning. When it was already informed to hotel one day in advance, receptionist Me. harsh and GM had very poor response on this. Very bad experience 2nd time.

Food was good but room are not clean, all basic required things is not available in room and also in bathroom, no tooth kit, no soup no comb. After your request they will provide only. Very costly room very bad service. The staff is also very unprofessional.

I stayed in this hotel for almost two years and am a regular guest here during 2018-2020. At the initial time the rooms were neatly cleaned and staff was very responsive. i liked it very much. But staying here again after three years, i found out that rooms require little maintenance and cleanliness which should be on top priority for this premier type hotel. Taste of food is still nice. you will face issue in wifi where they had put only one wifi router in every floor, so proper coverage of wifi is not there. Location wise its good.
