Hotel Shreshtha

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. A serious issue occurred when a catering staff member stole from a guest's room. Shockingly, the hotel management took no responsibility and did not help at all. It was only after the guest's own efforts that the thief admitted the theft and returned the money. The rooms on the first floor (101-122) are outdated, with a strong 90s vibe, old sofas, and worn-out bathrooms. Despite this, the prices are unreasonably high for the quality offered. They even use old-school key locks instead of modern card access systems. The banquet hall experience was equally poor. The hotel staff quietly turned off the ACs during the event, leaving guests sweating and uncomfortable. During the phera ceremony, they even switched off the fans, making the atmosphere extremely suffocating. Overall, I would not recommend this place--especially for events or stays expecting basic comfort, safety, and professionalism.

The hotel is very good, considering places like Raigarh , parking area and entrance are poor and dirty. Room service is extremely poor, you place the order, you have a nap, when you wake up, you will find your order is still not delivered. Another thing is that, you place your order for something, and you will get some other dish, as per the wish of the chef.

I went there with my friends, cost of food is normal compare to other cities with same facilities and luxurious amenities. had dinner beside pool , quiet place and good for chilling.

Excellent hospitality. Loving the stay. Good gym, large swimming pool with a small kids pool , excellent complimentary breakfast, delicious dining options. And over the top is outstanding service of each staff. Might put behind even top 5star hotels easily. One negative point is the entrance road is not well maintained and the location is outside the main city.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Hotel Shreshtha, which compels me to share this feedback. Despite the hotel's seemingly impressive exterior, the reality of the accommodations was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the cab driver, who had recommended this hotel, was given a dormitory-style room on the fourth floor instead of a proper night stay accommodation. The condition of the room was deplorable, to the extent that even animals might not have been kept there. This was incredibly disheartening and felt entirely unjust. In my opinion, charging for a stay is acceptable, but the least one expects is a decent room for the night. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met at all. If a zero-rating option were available, I would have selected it without hesitation. It is crucial for an establishment of this stature to show some empathy and treat all guests, regardless of their status, with basic human dignity. I urge the management to reconsider their policies and ensure that every guest receives the minimum standard of hospitality expected. Overall, my experience at Hotel Shreshtha was profoundly negative, and I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for necessary improvements.

If you take the food inside your room they will charge extra service charge 10% extra plus GST, which is not recommended

Nice restaurant, good behaviour of staff overall you love the place

First, would like to mention that the behaviour of all the staffs are excellent, very humble and Friendly! Superb front desk. Newly modified rooms are top notch!
